| Aha, so thats who you are Mickeymac92. I had entirely forgotten about this thread, and the forum side of VCR too for that matter, so I was wondering who added me.. EDIT: While I'm here, I added a bunch of you. I did say I would.....many months ago, haha Last edited by Ragnor; 2nd January 2009 at 11:54 AM. |

| Para-goomba | No. It has a single player mode, you didn't look hard enough. I've spent many hours on this on single player (and multi) Unless by single player you mean no AI-teammates to help? if so then you don't understand the game. |

I've played the game many times and I also understand the game just fine. I also know where to find a single player mode in the game. Who doesn't? For the record, I think it's a great game. But for me, I'm a little hesitant about buying it because the single player would get old to me. The game really shines online when you have your friends yelling for help or when you are working as a good team. When played this way it is a masterpiece of a game.

| Mega mole | I'm not going to lie, the single player is incredibly unfulfilling, even playing up to 3 humans and 1 AI is kinda lame (stupid Bill getting in your way or healing you when you're trying to get some survivalist achievement). However, I pretty much play the game every night, many times without my irl friends group. The community is pretty nice and newb friendly for Xbox Live (like the worst I encountered was some guy telling me "Don't be a hero, heal yourself... No offense, but you're not experienced enough to make it to the safehouse in that condition"). |

| No updates since January? Well, I'll add my Gamertag anyways. It's TidesofChaos33 if I remember correctly. I'm going to try messing around though to see if I can get it to be just plain old TidesofChaos. I think I just screwed something up before. |

| Well, more fighters such as Soul Calibur 4, Virtua Fighter 5 etc., anything Rareware (Yes, even Bolts and Nuts ;P), and whatever else pleases my eye. |

| I know you said you're not really into FPS games but if you want to try something outside of your general games you play then you should give Bioshock a try. Bioshock is one of the best games I have ever played. Also, Orange Box is worth the buy just for Portal alone ($19.99 new). |

| Do you like my helmet? | I agree re: Orange Box. Portal alone is worth $20. Even if you hate FPS games (like I generally do), the Orange Box does things interestingly enough to make it enjoyable. I haven't tried BioShock yet. |

| We ll see. Its not that I hate the FPS gene, I have like the Bonds on GC, Perfect Dark games, Gun, Geist and others, just its not top of my fav types of games. I see these war based FPSs and think "god, another war based FPS?" and I guess that puts me off some of em in a way. ^^; But hey, we ll see. |

.....a used copy of Orange box will set you back $2-$3 more, and if he ever feels like trying a cool FPS then he has the option of playing 4 more games. Although the XBLA version of Portal has addition content..........

| Para-goomba | You're restricting yourself alot, very few active members here are from Australia, besides one of the main advantages of this generation of online multiplayer is world wide play |

| Do you like my helmet? | Celebrities often have a hard time making friends. I'd be more concerned about the kind of devastating explosive reaction that would occur if PR tried the idea of introducing kawaiipikachu to the 360. |

| Do you like my helmet? | Sorry highness, don't hurt a harmless pleb. You've found a forum where you're the only world famous celebrity, so you get to be the big man, not me. Quote:
... It's pretty clear from these silly comments that you're nothing more than an insecure kid, TV or no. I hope it all works out for you.

.....I'm leaning towards this person being a liar who searched the internet for some pictures of his favorite teenage actor in his favorite teenage drama and slapped them on a forum to make them feel better about their self. Sad.

| Mega mole | I'm leaning towards this person actually being a celebrity... Mostly, because I'd like to say that I insulted a celebrity this week. Even though he's a star in another country, it would still make me feel better about this whole situation thinking that I just stuck it to some no-named punk actor, rather than some no-named punk kid. And in an attempt to bring this back on topic, is anyone here Dantrono or friends with them? I got an add request from them and have no clue who they are. I added them anyway because I figure they must have had a good reason wanting to add me. |

![]() I do feel proud of myself, so much so that I had this trophy made to show it. And you're totally right, I don't have many fiends... But in my defense, I'm just not a dark guy and really feel that I'm most effective doing playful jokes and pranks, rather than being outright evil.

| Do you like my helmet? | I bet dk_xcalibur has more friends than Loves2KOnoobs has television viewers. Anyway buddy, he's only making fun of your statement that you'll only add people from Australia. That's how this whole thing started. It is a pretty funny thing to say after all. |

Yeah this all started when he made the stupid comment about not adding people if they were not Australian. I guess he only wanted other Australians so he could brag about being on a TV show and in a poorly done animated movie. Everywhere else the people would have been like, "who are you?". If he wasn't bragging then none of us would know that he was an actor.

| Casual gamer since 1978 | I recently bought an xbox360 and even if I don't play online so often (well, almost never), my dashboard would look more colorful if I had some more friends. I'll be browsing this thread and ask for friendship to those people I know since some times, but again, don't really expect to play with me. And yes, I'm not posting my GamerTag here, because I don't want people I don't care about asking for my friendship, and I don't want to spend time explaining why I feel it is pathetic to sport a nickname boasting your supposed prowess. Anyway, the only game I'd be probably playing online is Forza Motorsport 3, but I already saw no one here seems to have it.
