You can indeed plug USBs into the 360.

I don't think you can play PC games on your 360, unless you buy the actual 360 versions. I could be wrong about that, but I really can't see the game publishers allowing that.

You can't right out the box... One of my friends claims you can with heavy modifications and hax. But I think that clown is full of crap since he just had a bunch of NES roms on his.

Windows games require a Windows OS running on the machine, and the Xbox does not have this natively. I'm sure there is a way to get 98 on there, but the paltry amount of RAM on the 360 won't let you run anything well from the last three years. Just buy the 360 versions or play on a PC. DOSBox may be able to run on the Xbox if somebody ported it, in which case you would be able to run some very old PC games. That's about as far as you can get with that.

I'm not really someone to download roms so I don't really know, but I do know it reads most, if not all, picture, music, and video

All games require a CD check so you can't unless you make some kind of hardware modification. We are then entering a illegal world, so I suggest you don't continue discussing it here

If you're not downloading the games legally, then it's not something we can discuss here. The official stance of VC-Forums is not to condone software piracy.
