What?

I miss the LA. But the 4th 360 killed my love for it (360, not Live Arcade). The 5th has really made me resent it. It was done right after another £40 Live subscription too. And the problem isn't covered in the warranty, so that's £60 more and a 3 month wait. It's all my 11 year old bro's cash too. MS are bloody thieves!

IKARUGA?!?!? ON XBLA!

That is cool. Although, It could be a little hard to play with the 360 DPAD.

Try one of these, I hear they're good:
http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-13-71-...n-70-13qb.html

I already Have the Gamecube version (which was well worth £20) so I won't get it, Also I don't have Xbox Live or any Microsoft points.

Anyone who can, get this game. Especially those of you who complain about the difficulty (or lack thereof) in Games these days.

GAME OVER
We'll meet again Someday soon

Congratulations X-Boxers!

Ikaruga is one of my all-time favorites that has a really great replayvalue, if you ask for hard games, here it is.

THERE IS NO REFUGE
UNABLE TO AVOID QUOTES

Lucky X-boxers and it has online co-op!?

I bought this for the GameCube in December,
on your recommendation, Joxe, for which I'm
eternally grateful. I love it and haven't stopped
playing it since- great graphics, super backdrops
and possibly my favourite game soundtrack.

"great replay value" too true and also one of
the most rewarding games I have ever played-
nothing like the first time you clear a
chapter with a continuous chain.

How good you are you lot at this game? It's taken
me 3 months to get consistent S++ ratings on the
first 3 chapters without dying. The 4th however...
just shocking- I usually end up using about 3 credits!

I hope this release gets the boards moving at ikaruga.co.uk-
it's really quiet over there and the mods have a wealth of
great information.

You wanna try using analogue on Ikaruga, be my guest, but it's more accurate to use the DPAD. I use the analogue on my GameCube controller, but that's because it has those blocks which show exactly which direction you are going in.

I'm just saying, the 360 DPAD is awkward go with a standard DPAD.

I have never seen the analogue stick as a problem, the best of the best use a arcade stick anyway. It might take some time to get used to but after some time I think it won't be a problem.

How much is 800 MSPoints anyway? Is it €8 as for Wii?

Y'know...the peeps on here are very unfortunate. The unofficial breakdown rates for 360's is around 17% (based on independent figures) and that's expected to go down to around 10% this year as newer consoles with the fix installed become the majority of owned 360s. Either the figures given by an independent, fiercely anti-Microsoft co are wrong or we have some VERY unlucky peeps on here. By the by, out of the 15 or so friends I have on XBL, only ONE has had something go wrong and it was none until last week.
