Default The XBLA thread

Quite a few of us Virtual Console gamers must also have a Xbox 360 and therefore be interested in the developments on XBLA. This thread is intended for updates to the XBLA library and chat about the games.

Dash Text: [ESRB: E (EVERYONE) Fantasy Violence] Single Player, Live Multiplayer 1-2, Local Multiplayer 1-2, HD (High Definition). To commemorate their defeat of the Syndicate exactly one year before, Blaze, Adam and Axel went out to celebrate. The next morning, however, Axel received a frantic phone call from Adam's younger brother, Eddie 'Skate' Hunter. Blaze and Axel rushed over and found Adam and Skate's house wrecked and a picture of Adam chained to a wall at the feet of Mr. X. The city was returned to its nightmarish state and criminals were once again running rampant. Unable to contact their old friend in artillery, Axel and Blaze team up with Skate and Max Thunder to free the city and rescue Adam from the Syndicate. It is up to you to take down Mr. X once and for all!.

Just curious to know how many XBLA titles you boys got. Right now I'm sitting at around 24... the majority useless wastes of money though. There are maybe a few that are must-buys, the rest are hot garbage.

Not a fan of it on the 360. Whenever I hold "down", my blocks move down and to the left. That game needs a proper D-PAD IMO. Tried SOR 2 as well, and it also needs a proper D-PAD. The buttons weren't as responsive either.

Bless the VC

I'm, at about 35, with about another 5 that I want.

IF I had a 360, these are the XBLA games I would have; no doubt:

Castlevania: Symphony of the Night
Super Puzzle Fighter
Geometry Wars
Totem Ball
Catan
TMNT Arcade
Prince of Persia Classic
Band of Bugs

Though, due to its odd control scheme, I don't plan on getting one soon...

Totem? It's atrocious. Truly horrible.

Have you played it before?
