Mega Man 9: 9/10
Pretty great, doesn't really have flaws.

Dr. Mario 8/10
Cool game, online adds a lot too.

Dr Mario: 8/10
I've always enjoyed Dr Mario. Online and Virus Buster add a lot to it.

Toki Tori: 8/10
It's a great game, but I was quick to lose interest in it.

Wild West Guns: 5/10
Has nothing that Wii Play and Link's Crossbow Training don't already have.

Homestar Ruiner: 7/10
Fun game. I'm just not sure on the replay value.

Strongbadia the Free: 7.5/10
I liked this a bit more than the first Strongbad game. Its minigame at the end of the game adds a bit of replay to it, though I never went back to it yet.

Mega Man 9: 9/10
Great game. I was never big on the classic Mega Man games on the NES, but I had to pick this up. I'm not very good at it, but they nailed the 8-bit stuff down. Plus, I probably clocked more time in this than any other WiiWare game thus far.

Star Solder R gets 7/10 would give it higher but its only 2 levels

My Aquarium gets 8/10 for having cool fish

BomberBlast gets 7/10- good solid multi-player action

Gyrostarr- 7/10 great mutli-player, decent single player

Family Table Tennis- 7/10 looks nice, little short on length

Good idea for a thread

Defend Your Castle: 8/10

Great port of an addictive Flash Strategy RPG game.

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life As A King: 9/10

An addictive Sim/RPG with great graphics and a decent storyline.

LostWinds: 7/10

Decent graphics and gameplay, but difficulty is inconsistent and it's way too short.

My Aquarium: 7/10

Good in its own strange way.

My Pokemon Ranch: 3/10

No substance or actual gameplay, terrible graphics and only good as storing Pokemon from Diamond/Pearl.

Strong Bad Episode 1: Homestar Ruiner: 7/10

Comical, but a little too short.

Strong Bad Episode 2: Strong Badia the Free: 8/10

Better than the first only because I like the theme

Toki Tori: 9/10

A great remake of the under-appreciated puzzle title.

Wild West Guns: 7/10

A shooter with good gameplay, but I wasn't addicted like other shooters.

LostWinds 9/10
A super great game, the reason it doesn't get a 10/10 is because of the enemies and the associated music. If that's the only faulty then you can imagine that it's a pretty nice game.

FFCC:MLaaK 7/10
It's a good game but rather fast it gets repetitive and the left out races drags down the grade as well. The races download isn't extra content, it's for completing the game.

Mega Man 9 10/10
I haven't found anything bad about this one, hard as hell (which is good) and a ton of fan service makes this the best WiiWare Title.

Updated...

Cocoto Fishing Master: 7/10

Solid fishing game with nice graphics and a few RPG elements. It's hard as hell, though.

LostWinds: 7/10

Nice little platformer with good graphics, but it's way too short. I expect more from the sequel.

Mega Man 9: 8.5/10

Excellent game with almost no flaws. If I didn't suck so much at it, I would probably rate it higher xD

Strong Bad Episode 1: Homestar Ruiner: 7/10

It's a bit short, but worth your money. The humor is great and there are quite some challenges.

Toki Tori: 8/10

Great braincracking puzzles and tons of levels to try. One of the best puzzlers out there right now.

Dr. Mario Online RX: 9.5 — Fantastic puzzler, and a great update to the classic original. The only reason it loses 0.5 is because it includes those other lame gameplay modes.

Mega Man 9: 7.5 — Good Mega Man game, not the best in the series but good. Great music. Black Hole Bomb is a memorable weapon. Somewhat overrated by retro fanboys because it's a new release.

My Aquarium: 6 — Nice aquarium simulation, but fish are unlocked very slowly, some of the graphics are pretty simple, the controls on decoration placement are terrible, and feeding options are too basic.

Toki Tori: 8 — Excellent puzzle-platformer, lots of fun, cute graphics and great music. Some very difficult levels, some relying a lot of timing.

Art Style: CUBELLO: 7 — fun and interesting puzzler with very simple controls and surprisingly addictive gameplay. Loses points because, although the simplicity contributes to its gameplay quality, it can also take away from the depth and long-term interest of the game. Some block schemes can make things a bit difficult for colour blind people. The computer voice is pretty annoying, but fortunately it's not essential. Lack of options.

Yes, I'm a hard marker.

Lost Winds: 8/10 Good, Fun little platformer. Hopeful for the sequel.

SBCG4AP Episode 1: 10/10 Brilliant Homestar Runner comedy, perfect mechanics and a real sense of completion when you complete everything the game has to offer. Maxing out your stats does add a whole new layer of depth to the game.

SBCG4AP Episode 2: 10/10 I can't really think of anything I would like to change about the series so far. It's just perfect for Homestar Runner fans like me. It's pure fanservice and I think anyone trying to get into the series by playing these games is mistaken, they perfectly compliment the genius cartoons.

Mega Man 9: 8/10 Great Mega Man mechanics, good additions to the series. It's very, very difficult, so it isn't for those that aren't looking for a challenge.

By the way, it's worth mentioning that all of the games you have listed as "US only" aren't US only. They've been released in Canada as well.

Lostwinds Ep 1: 8/10 (Good, but short)
Family Table Tennis: 5/10 (Well, its a cheap game at least)
Gyrostarr: 6/10 (Way too much the same thing)
Defend Your Castle: 7/10 (It would be better if I had friends to play with)
Midnight Pool: 8/10 (If it had another type of billiards game and none of the corny characters it would of been a 10)
My Life as the King: 8/10 (If only the days would last longer. :/)
Mega Man 9: 8/10 (Frustrating at first, and to me doesn't feel like the old Mega Man games. Still good nonetheless.)
Bomberman Blast: 7/10 (Online multiplayer can only make this game fun, and sometimes I get disconnected.)

Lost Winds: 7
Not a bad game, but there's no challenge in it anywhere from the enemies or the puzzles. There are many games without challenge that I love, admittedly, but usually those involve fast-paced gameplay or fast-paced music that can make them exciting regardless. Lost Winds has rather slow gameplay and the music is also very quiet and slow, which can make it feel kind of sleepy, for lack of a better word.

Defend Your Castle: 7.5
It's not a great game, but it's so immediately accessible and the gameplay so hectic that it can be really fun and addictive anyway with its never-let-up take on gaming.

Family Table Tennis: 7
Unlike Mario & Sonic, the controls in Family Table Tennis actually work. It's very short on modes and (to be honest) nobody's going to get much time out of it in single-player, but it's not a bad game at all. Responsive controls, catchy music, nice cel-shading--the only shame is, again, its shallowness. It tends to end before it begins.

Dr. Mario Online Rx: 8.5
As great as ever--it may not be the most complex puzzle game, but at least it's quick, and the online play takes this version of Dr. Mario up several steps since its single-player never particularly stood on its own.

Toki Tori: 8.5
Ranges from challenging to downright devious, but never stops being creative and beautiful while having excellent music accompanying it all.

My Pokemon Ranch: 0

Possibly the worst product Nintendo has ever created. It can't move Pokemon from one DS game to another. It can't reorganize the Pokemon that have already been moved to Wii. (They're simply stuck in the order they were deposited.) Every time you exit Ranch, you have to sit through a bunch of Hayley's text asking which Pokemon she should bring to the ranch tomorrow. The new Mii-ified versions of the Pokemon butcher the continuity of the series (and they're ugly on top of that). The movesets of the prize Pokemon don't approach the many things given away in Stadium, Stadium 2, Colosseum, and XD.

There's no reason anybody should buy this, no matter how hardcore a Pokemon fan you are. I've bought Red, Blue, Yellow, Gold, Silver, Crystal, Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Fire Red, Leaf Green, two copies of Diamond, two copies of Pearl, Snap, Pinball, Ranger, Stadium, Stadium 2, Colosseum, XD, Battle Revolution, Trading Card Game (GBC), Trozei, Mystery Dungeon, and Box. Clearly I love Pokemon. But for Ranch, no. I have nothing good to say and probably never will.

Gyrostarr: 5.5
20 frames per second, or whatever this game runs at (it's certainly below 30), isn't even a good enough framerate for a turn-based RPG. In an action racing game with F-Zero speeds, it's simply intolerable. Additionally, Gyrostarr lacks variety in its levels and the music is far and away some of the worst you can find on Wii--or any other game system.

Mega Man 9: 9
Most of the classic Mega Man games would hover around 8 to 8.5 for me, as I find them to be simple-but-solid experiences that I just didn't feel compelled to revisit too often--sure, I could set goals like "avoid using anything except the Mega Buster," but I have issues when it comes to self-motivation. Naturally, MM9 marrying old (difficulty and level design) with new (the achievement-style challenges) worked out spectacularly for me and kept me coming back time and again, elevating an already-great game even higher.

Could I bump my rating for Cubello down to a 6? I'm the only one who's rated it, so it should be easy.

Sure, what is the reason? To me, it sounds like one of the best puzzle games WiiWare has to offer at the moment.

The main problem is that it relies too much on randomness rather than actual puzzler/strategic/thought difficulty or even quick reflexes to make the higher-level puzzles hard. The early levels are good, but a bit easy. And in the highest levels, you really have to hope for timely bonus times and super bonus times to save you. Not only that, but the game periodically adds new blocks to the Cubello. They can grow off the Cubello from many different directions. One time they all grew off the same side of the Cubello, making it so that no matter how I hit it, the new long spine would spin and hit me, making me lose. Yay! In the last two stages of level 6, I basically just start the game, grind blocks down for 7-8 minutes, and then hope for a lucky bonus time to help me finish the stage off.

So it gets a 6: good concept, decent gameplay, bad balance.

Art Style: ROTOHEX: 1 — This game is utterly unplayable. The concept seems good, but the graphics interfere with the design in a big way. The idea of the game is to match same-coloured triangles into a hexagon, which will then disappear. Unfortunately, maybe as a part of their "sleek" Art Style design, all of the colours are the same colour. The first two colours you play with are light green and light orange. They are difficult to distinguish. Fortunately, they become easier to distinguish when you move on to the next stage and another colour is introduced to contrast them: pale yellow. Unfortunately, at this stage, light green and pale yellow are identical. I've played the second stage several times now and I've only been able to eliminate, overall, one yellow hexagon, and that was from randomly rotating areas of the board.

They've included a "contrast" setting in the option that doesn't change the contrast between the colours at all. All it does it make the various colours brighter, which doesn't help.

This game could have been enjoyable (and indeed, playable) if they had simply made better decisions regarding the colours in the game. Instead of light green, dark green would have worked. Instead of pale yellow, bright yellow would have worked. Instead of light orange, dark orange or red would have worked (heck, for all I know they use red in a later level and it's identical to something else).

Art Style: Rotohex 6/10
I have similare complaints as Jogurt does on the colours, but I still find the game quite playable. If the colours weren't this way it would deffinitely be a 7.

It's also worth pointing out that I had a headache after playing the game, whether it was caused by the colours or by the complexity of making a hexagon is unknown.

And in response to Jogurt I have unlocked dark green and a few other colours which seem more suitable for play, why they didn't give us these at the beginning is beyond me.

I would definitely give the game a 7 as well, but not being able to play it takes off more than one point for me. Score of 2-5 are for bad games. But this isn't even a game.

Maybe if I keep trying and blindly rotating hexagons randomly, I'll get lucky enough to pass stage two and somehow unlock a better colour scheme.

Well I've actually found a very affective way of making hexagons so I find it playable and didn't deduct many marks.

Tetris Party: 8/10 — Great core gameplay, a lot of different modes to keep you occupied, and a healthy selection of multiplayer modes. Some of the extra modes get a little tiresome, and the core gameplay is basically Tetris, so it can get old once you've done all there is to do, but it's solid.
