When you're in the sub-forum you want to make the thread in (Wii Games, WiiWare, Nintendo DS etc.) you'll see 'New Thread' near the top of the page above the currently posted threads.

Also, in future could you use the 'edit' feature instead of posting an entirely new message right after your current one?
