A simple yet, innovative 4 player fun-racer. The twist here is that the cars have arms and can hold items and hit each other.

The game's release is weird as it's under Marvelous Entertainment's new WORLD GAME PARADE label.
This label marks great foreign (non-Japanese) games. The odd thing is that this isn't released anywhere outside of Japan.

1a. Redundant versions of OK games and BAD games got the BAD mark (not cheap versions).
1b. Kids games are OK mostly (please have yourself another look).
