Default Which Wii Ware Mega Man title do you find more difficult to beat?

That would be on the default setting not including Easy Mode or MM 9's DLC.

Good thread!

Right now, I obviously find MM9 easier to beat because I've played through it 50+ times.

But honestly, I think MM9 is probably a bit easier. Here's my reason. MM9 was filled with death traps, but once you learned how to get past them, the stages were easy. Even Tornado man's stage was easy when you memorized when to jump.

What's different about MM10 is that even when you learn the stages, you still have to do stuff. Even though Blade Man's seesaw moving platforms are easy to get the hang of, you still have to **** around with them for 5 minutes every time you want to do the level. You still have to go through the rigamarole of Nitro Man's traffic, etc.

I think the bosses in MM10 are generally easier though. So far!

At least they pose a semblance of challenge with their weaknesses. With the MM9 bosses, I just stood still and spammed the weapon.

Mega Man 9 is easier IMO. All of the special weapons are incredibly useful, unlike the ones in 10 (which are still decent, but not nearly as useful).

That's because the bosses in MM10 have an improved AI. MM9 is probably harder overall, though.

Comparing final bosses Wiley was much easier in MM10 than MM9 in my opinion. The reason (without spoiling anything) was I found a number of different weapons that seemed effective against him and his patterns seemed pretty simple even on the first try. Compared to MM9 it took me several attempts to figure out Wiley.

MM10 seemed to be much easier than 9 to me... The bosses were a lot easier (I was actually able to arm cannon bust all of them in 10 as opposed to my record of 4 robot masters in 9). MM10's levels were overall less death trappy than 9's (I'd take Blade Man's see-saw craps over Jew Man's swinging platforms any day). And Wily was essentially a huge friggin' joke showing you that he was simply relying on everyone just contracting H1N1. I was also able to no E tank 10; however, I'm sure I could have done the same in 9, if I really tried (wait, 9 has the twin rock monsters... Maybe not then).

I find MM9 harder than MM10. MM9 took me ages to get to Dr Wily castle while in MM10, it only took me a week. Also I find the robot masters stages easier in MM10 mainly because I found it quicker to beat the robot masters, especially working which weapons they are weak against quicker than MM9. Still a great game though.

Quick question, do you have to do the whole of Wily's castle in 1 sitting in MM10 like in MM9?
