Animal Crossing: Let's Go to the City
Wii Music

Crossing is a game I've played to death on GC and DS and it's really more of the same on Wii. I'll still play it a lot but it's a bit too safe really.

Wii Music on the other hand is brilliant and a real joy to play

Sonic and the Secret Rings - Not too bad, different but it still keeps me playing. Sonic should shut up though and go back to being mean, moody and SILENT though.

Yeah. All the characters are pretty fun to play as, even if you don't know who most of them are. The game's well balanced and is really easy for beginners to pick up on; while also being complex enough to appeal to fighting game vets. My favorite teamups so far are Karas/Souki, Megaman/Roll, Casshern/Batsu, and Morrigan/Doronjo (in no particular order).

ps: I'd say the only downside to using Joe is that his supers are hard to pull off sometimes. He has a great projectile special and air combo to make up for it though.

Looks like I'm going to be the first one for this on the list...

+ Rock Band 2

After I was quite disappointed by World Tour (hence trading it back in) I was somewhat reluctant to give RB2 a try. I'm glad I did though - but only because I didn't have to buy new guitars. All around it is a much better game, including presentation, interface, tracklist, online integration.... The freestyle and recording studio in World Tour were totally lost on me, anyway. Streaming downloaded songs from the SD card works flawlessly. Here's a game I'll be playing for a good while, especially once I get the drums down - so far my coordination lacks a bit.
