| Lemmy Koopa | I know the wii is getting this my music thing but this is differnt. You know how the internet channels tool bar has little buttons on it. Well I was thinking nintendo could put a little music icon on it and when you click it it will show you music that you have and then you could listen to it and surf the internet at the same time. Because I've tried and even if I put music on on youtube then go to a different site the music doesn't stay on. And just listening to clicking from your wii remote isn't too interesting. Well I think that would be cool but It probably wont happen.

| Sounds like a good idea, though I wonder how difficult it will be to have the rights to allow anyone to play a certain format of an audio file (mp3, ogg, wma[yeah right]), but that would be nice. |

| That's a good idea, but we need more essential things like scroll-bars and tabs before anything like that. Anything to do with the browser is up to Opera, not Nintendo. Quote:

| Casual gamer since 1978 | This thread is science-fiction. How many things already established are you going to dream about? Music? The photo channel plays mp3s. DVD? Nintendo doesn't want our houses full of different objects that do the same thing. This is also the most obvious strategy to CUT PRODUCTION COSTS HENCE RETAIL PRICE A game channel section? It already exists and it is called WiiShop. You meant a channel with all the games, uh? Nintendo did evaluate this solution, but found silly to let you navigate a tree structure just to find a game. And if it was that way, you would have moaned saying "I can't play games with just one click!". HDD or SD-play support? We grew up swapping tapes and floppy discs, you're insulting the old-gen gamers. I think in a way or another there will be listed in this forum every line of every page of the Wii manual. Congrats. Those who write manuals really feel their lives are accomplished, thanks to the 99,9999999999999999999999999999% of the people. You are too lazy. And I can't stand all of you anymore. I'm going to look for Nima.

| I also have your frustration, neuzd, about there being a lot of pointless suggestions going around on this forum. But here no one is saying this is a new feature, all this thread is suggesting is that there should be a feature in the browser that lets you play music whilst you browse, just like you can already do in photo channel. It's just a small thing which would be easy to do, I think you're overreacting. |

| Casual gamer since 1978 | Yes, I do. Adn I know of a very good guy that almost destroyed a market something near 2000 years ago....Guess he's also had enough then. Never heard an idiot admit that his brain is useless, though. Anyway, thanks for the hug SegaFan.

| Casual gamer since 1978 | Opinions....... Why couldn't we share KNOWLEDGE and practical ideas, instead? And anyway it is my opinion that people do not think before talking/writing, and since it sounds to me all but homo sapiens, I'm allowed to shut the gate of the zoo in front of your face. Who doesn't understand doesn't deserve an explanation.

| Neuzd, I really don't understand why you're getting so worked up about something so simple. If you don't like this topic then why not create another one? There's no point in getting angry. |

| I will say that he has made some very good points, but when it comes to insulting people is just crossing the line. |

| Lemmy Koopa | I was just saying this because I don't have an mp3 player or a CD player and I don't like listening to nothing so a thing that lets you listen to music while surfing the internet sounded like a good idea. And even though you can listen to music on the photo channel you can't surf the internet or do anything else. It's just an opinion it doesn't mean I'm lazy. Besides People are trying to make other peoples lives easier not harder. If you put a music tool bar on the internet channel and saying the person who using it is lazy that would be like saying someone who uses lime wire or whatever on their computer is lazy. It's just much easier than picking up your CD player and bringing it all the way to your computer to listen to music when you can easily set it up on your computer. (if you have music on your computer) And You don't even have to download the music if the internet channel was like that (because that would take up too much memory) you could just put your mp3 in your wii then click the music icon on your tool bar and select your music. And I don't think I'm much of an idiot for saying that because whats so impossible about just adding music on the internet channel, it's not like I'm saying maybe with a new upgrade the wii will have amazing xbox 360 graphics!

| You know the funny thing with our friend, neuzd, is that he states he is a software programmer. Which is funny that you think your a programmer. As one that learned how to program software myself, I know one of the main things you have to work with any program is have it ease-of-use and sufficient, not having it trouble-some or it's not good programming. What you were stating earlier is that people shouldn't be lazy when switching VC games in and out of the internal memory to the SD card. Well, wouldn't this be bad programming; something that you are familiar with? Honestly, Nintendo can do it; make an all-in-one channel to house all the VC games under a tree list of sorts (based on systems then to games or genres), or adding a simple MP3 function button for the web channel, like this thread is discussing about. Comments earlier stated it is possible and probable that the people over at Opera can do this, do they have to, no. It's not necessary functionality, but stating the other things you mentioned condraticts all that you state. |

2) You're making it too easy. Things in real life happen always in the opposite way one expect it to be. You can't make rules and expect the world to be right. People must follow them. Everyone. Does this happen at your eyes? I don't think so. 3) You're smart enough to take some bit of my other message to have a wider view. Nice, why did you forgot about the sentence "not telling others how easy is to fix somehing"? For those who were asking about opening anbother thread, no. It's because I'm annoyed of people opening threads about obvious things or old discussions. I only see people asking someone to solve their private problems, not looking for a general solution. What should I do, titling a discussion "Do not open usless threads"? I like nonsense things, not stupid ones. And if we have to talk about a "problem", it should be useful to anyone. Which browser on earth plays mp3s and lets you surf the web? No one. Think Nintedo should add functionalities on demand? How's it possible that you don't see that this is unrealistic? If they had to include any single request a program will never see the light of day. Here are your answers, someway less angry then yesterday, but the point remains the same: I don't like lazyness and selfish people.

[EDIT] Searches have generated ids, so this link does not work. It's obviously the list of the threads started by me. Really, buy a brain if you can't grow one yourself.

2. That is true to what you say, there are rules that must be abided. Then I see your other comments after this, and you keep insulting us because you think your smarter than any of us. That is just downright uncalled for. Last edited by Atlantis1982; 24th October 2007 at 02:55 PM.

Alright, lets just leave this bitter argument aside, and just realize that some ideas might be unrealistic while some are practical. Unfortunately in this day of age, customers want the ease-of-use and simplistic products; regardless if this makes them lazy or not. If you still don't agree with that, oh well, but that is the way I see things. Might be wrong...might be right, just... Sigh
