| 1 hour and 24 minutes until race. It's the Star Cup. |

| Mega mole | I should be around. My Cowboys are in the lead by 17 points, so I should be able to break free for 30 minutes or so. |

| I have a small suggestion for people who easily forgets about the MKW races. You could set some sort of alarm clock/cellphone to make noises or whatever when the race is about to start. It's always fun with more people on the track. |

| Huh? How can you not "have" it? If you mean unlocked, get going then. It shouldn't take long. |

| | #288 |
| Mega mole | I have everything unlocked, or so I thought...what tracks are in it? |

| The race starts in 18 hours and 47 minutes. It's the Shell Cup. I remind you this early so that those of you who might easily forget about it can set your alarms/cellphones to ring when the race is about to start. I do this so more of you might have a chance to generate some points. And because it's more fun with more people on the track. See ya there! |

| Pretty decent turn out tonight. Must say though, I feel I need to rethink my choice in controller (GCN), character (toad), and vehicle (last unlockable bike). See you guys next Sunday. |

| That depends, Ausden. I hear the GC controller is one of the best controllers to play the game with. |
| | |
| | #302 |
| Mega mole | I don't know, the classic controller seems to be perfect to me |

| I personally play with the GCN controller, but that is mostly because I don't want to waste batteries. |
| | |
| | #304 |
| Mega mole | I would drain batteries either way. I only have Wavebirds for my GCN excursions |

| I use a wiimote along with a nunchuk. It fits me perfectly. It took like, 5-10 minutes to get used to that control method. |

| Well, the GCN has worked really well for me. I guess I'm playing the "blame it on anything and everything except myself" card. I'll have to re-evaluate my character and vehicle choice, there might be something out there which fits me better. Although, the choice in Toad with the bike has really done wonders for me in the single player races. |

| Lakitu | Toad is a small one. He's an alright character...he happened to be my 'main' for ages with the lovely Bullet Bike. Others worth trying are the Magikruiser and Quacker if you haven't already. |

| I was going to suggest Baby Daisy whom I assume adds speed to the vehicle. |

| Do you like my helmet? | I usually place 3rd to last in every race using King Boo in a Standard Kart L, but I'm not going to change character or kart, because I like those ones the best. |

Quick question, do you guys use the wheel, nunchuck/wiimote combo, or a classic controller?

The wheel isn't good if you're driving seriously. Like, competing and such. The other control options are better for turning and such.

| I used the wheel for the longest time, my race rating fell to around 4500 with it....then I tried the nunchuck/remote combo and now I'm up to 5700ish in only 2 days, so I agree 100% |

| Do you have a cellphone? Set the alarm to bleep or whatever 10 minutes before the race. |
