han, if you're wondering where these cool n00bz came from, I'd guess it's from my advertising on my Backloggery.

Everyone else, I'm updating the first post now and will officially be randomizing tonight! That means that AS OF THIS POST, the tournament is locked down for new entries. If you somehow managed to snooze and neglect to join the tourney for THIS LONG, then you lose. This doesn't count bowser, who's already been in and told me he wants back in. So get that FC posted ASAP and I'll put you on the roster for other people to add.

OK, the front post is up to date except for lordbowser's friend code and dk_xcalibur's screen name.

Now I have to start randomizing 325 battles...!

I will send the results to each of you via a PM. The PM will contain the list of fights you'll be participating (i.e. 25 fights, since there are 26 people registered), who you will be using in each fight, and what stage the fight will take place on.

When the results of the fights are posted, I want you each to report what characters you used just to make sure no one cheats and uses a character I didn't assign to them!

The opening round will last for ONE MONTH! That gives everyone time to get in about one brawl per day, with a couple days off if they're needed. The ONE MONTH starts when I have sent out the PMs.

My family is also staying for the week so i never get to use the wii or the computer. I was hoping it'd start back in July.

All that's left to randomize is the items for each match.

I'm going to just post the matchups here, for a couple of reasons. First, it would take way too long to PM individual matchups to everyone. Second, I've seen the characters of everyone I'm facing. Third, being able to see who your opponent is won't make much of a difference because you're already locked into a character and no one will have enough time to train specifically for every single one of their matches.

So when the big "start!" post gets made, it will include a list of matches that need to happen, the characters each player will use, the stage, the time limit, the frequency of items, and exactly which items should be turned on.

Could you make sure I never have to fight someone playing as Zelda since my game gets a disk read error everytime I am or I'm facing Zelda.
