Default Wii interlace component mode

punch out, dk math, pacman and others have a special screenmode for component cables.
to enable it, attach a nunchuck and hold down Z+A+2.

Other games, such as super castlevania require you to hold Z+A+1

i got this off wiki so check there in case i got the buttons wrong!
