Default Nintendo Wii Charge Station

I still wish that Nintendo would release their own Wii Remote Charge Station product. I own a PS3 & I only purchase Sony products for the PS3. The same is wish the Wii, I'll only purchase Nintendo products.

That's just how I am. I know that there are similar products made by different companies like Mad Cats but since Nintendo is the company that made the system, I believe they should make their own line of products to help customers get the most out of their experience. It's cool that other companies make their own versions also but I want a Nintendo version.

I don't think that it will ever happen though.

I bought a set of rechargable batteries (eight batteries) for 20€ in 2006.
They came with a battery recharge station.

I can recharge all my batteries and can use them for everything, from my digicam to my wireless mouse, from tv/dvd remotes to my wii remotes and my gamecube wavebird etc. Very practical.
It's almost 5 years ago since I bought it, and I still play with the same old batteries and after a short recharge of 45 minutes they work like they're new.

I never used a special Wii charge station because they're all crap, prone to break/losing their recharge ability, and these clunky things only fit into the Wii remote and nothing else. They're just too expensive to be any kind of good. They only look like "Wii" products, but they're not even original. Don't buy these things. Buy the more environment friendly and practical recharagable batteries.

Thanks for the reply. That I am willing to do, I'll try to find a rechargable battery pack that can charge atleast 8 batteries @ 1 time so I have enough batteries for all 4 of my controllers. That is a common since idea that I can't believe I didn't do a long time ago.

I used to be the same way, but Energizer got into the mix and it is a brand I trust (just not as much Duracell), so I bought the charge stations from them. Nyko blows ass, so stay away from theirs
