EST is Eastern Standard (I think) Time, the time zone on the east coast of the US (so New York, etc).

Well, that thread you posted is in the General Discussion thread, so my search would have failed anyway. It needs to be in the Virtual Console Discussion forum, which I did search first before posting.

North American Release time:
on Mondays at 12PM EST/9AM PST
