Default What Virtual Console Games Would You Like to See?

Bar the obvious nintendo classics, for me personally it has to be:

teenage mutant ninja turtles IV: turtles in time, The Lost Vikings and Battle Toads.

so many wasted hours playing this with my brother.

Bar the obvious ones (as you say), I'd like to see EA get involved and put up the Road Rash and Strike games.
I'd also like to see a lesser-known real-time strategy for the Megadrive, called Mega-lo-mania.

An original, untouched emulation of Final Fantasy VI. OK, so I'm generic. Shoot me

I'd like to see:

1. Faxanadu - old NES game that I used to spend hours and hours playing. I can still hum the tune, even after getting rid of my NES over ten years ago. Getting to play that game again would be nostalgia central.

2. Duck Tales - who doesn't like Duck Tales?!

3. Gynoug - an old Mega-Drive shooter that was an under-appreciated diamond back in the day. Superb music and strange, gory graphics were an excellent accompaniment to the solid controls. Called Wings of Wor in America, I think.

4. Snake, Rattle n Roll - if this old NES game was available for 500 Wii points, I'd buy it.

5. Final Fantasy VI - I've never played this classic game. I really need to (preferably for 800 Wii points and not the £24.99 that it would cost on the GBA).

It's hard to think of games that I'd actually want to play, rather than just games that I remember liking when I was younger. I loved Super Hang-On but would I want to play it again today? Probably not.

I dont know what these two bad boys chances of appearing on the VC are but I would love to have them again, any of the road rash series especially as I still class them in my top 5 games of all time.

Road Rash II was totally amazing, I can remember having ridiculous amounts of fun with that game. Not too sure if it'll hold up all that well today, but if it came out on the VC I'd probably have to buy it! Moonwalker was also a pretty decent game. Great graphics at the time.

Yeah Road Rash II was great. I recall that they went downhill after that, but so it goes.

I loved some of the megadrive platformers that are now forgotten.
Bubsy
Dynamite Headdy
Mr. Nutz
to name a few of them.

VC releases would just be so awesome, but it'll probably never happen, they'll just keep bringing out a load of crappy games nobody wants.

ok well maybe not, but i still had a great time playing it, good music, throwing your hat to take down bad guys then using specials to make a whole load of bad guys dance with you to kill them. Well if nothing else it has some comical value.

Keep praying then. If you ask me, they're more likely to show up on the Live Arcade than the VC.

It's a great game, loads of bad stuff gets said about it because of the PS1 game though

The Megadrive one I played was awesome, and 2 was allllright I suppose but nothing on the original.

Sonic 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This game is rock solid.

I've never played the NES G.I. Joe games but I heard they were good, so I wouldn't mind playing them. Also, I never played Earthbound and I would love to see what all the hype is about.

I'd like to see the original Outrun on Virtual Console, I think there was a version on Megadrive.

I really want Sonic 2 and SMB3.

I wasted so many of my childhood years playing them. I might as well waste my adult life on them too!!

My brother have Mega Collection but I'm considering buying Sonic 1, 2 and 3 on VC. I'm not sure what to do though

Its really up to what you feel more comfortable with. Having all the sonics on the VC and no need popping in the disc every time or keep the disc and not download any of the sonics on VC which saves you money. Of course, selling the disc could give you enough money to buy all three on the VC. Personally, I sold all my old systems and games for the sole purpose of having all the old school games I've played/never played on one console. Those are the options but its really matter of space if you ask me. If you have no problem keeping extra discs around keep it, if not sell Mega Collection to get the money to put them on the VC when they come out for free. Its your choice.

Well like I said, Mega Collection is my brothers and he'd probably hang me if I sold it :P
But I do have plenty of room for my GC games, though the old cosoles are a big problem.

My brother have Mega Collection but I'm considering buying Sonic 1, 2 and 3 on VC. I'm not sure what to do though
Its really up to what you feel more comfortable with. Having all the sonics on the VC and no need popping in the disc every time or keep the disc and not download any of the sonics on VC wjich saves you money.
Ooooh, that could be a problem! I must of missed that part.
