Just a quick suggestion. It would be interesting to see how VC-Reviews regulars' buying habits differ from the great unwashed and uneducated in the outside world.

Would it be dead easy to post the global chart positions for VC sales for EU, AU and US in the first thread post alongside the VC-Reviews unofficial chart? Do you even get what I mean? I couldn't phrase it very well. I can't brain today, I have the dumb.

Would be funny if no-one in the real world had downloaded SMB and everyone was playing NES Soccer.

Anyway, just an idea. If it's any significant effort, maybe it's not worth the bother.

Not a bad suggestion, but does anyone even know where I can get hold of the charts for the outside world? I've been interested in seeing the figures, but I can't seem to find them anywhere..

If I do get hold of them, it might be better to just keep them in a link though. I wouldn't want the first post looking too cluttered with things outside of this forum as it's our thread!

That's not a bad idea actually. I "searched" the "internet" and couldn't find anything at all regarding any combination of the words Wii, VC, Virtual, Console, Games or Chart.

Surely they must be out there somewhere?

Hell, maybe this is THE official VC games chart?!?!

I wanna get Sonic 2, but at the same time I know I shouldn't because of money and Mega Collection.

I'd would of waited for Namco Museum Remix if I were you. Why would you want the NES version when you can play the Arcade version?

I'm loving Sonic 2 atm, but I must say the borders are pretty bad for an MD game, especially on level 1
It's not a huge problem, but I wish they weren't there. Are they like it on Sonic 1 aswell?

The chart has now recieved it's first update

Kirby has slipped past Link into the top 3!
Lylat Wars has leapt from 11th to 6th place, knocking out Punch-Out!! from top 10!

The chart has been updated up to Paulymate, and Taint Smack will be the first in the next update.

I've downloaded Mystical Ninja, story of thor(?) and kirby's adventure

Was Kirby's adventure always this easy? I remember getting stuck on the cloud, sun & moon, mole tank bosses as a kid but yesterday I beat them all first time...

This is the best Friday 13th ever! I'm so glad I impulse bought that wii points card this week and decided to wait 'til friday!

I never got the chance to buy it on the N64 so this game is brand new for me. Now I just need Mario rpg (snes), Earthbound and Chrono Trigger to become available....

Yup...

Something bad probably gonna happen now, just to even out the cosmic balance!

For me it'll probably be wasting the 800 points I've got left over...

Or maybe it'll just turn out there's no such thing as a planned "unlucky" day after all!
