Default Game copyrights from the Operations Guide, please contribute

So I was looking through the Operations guide of the games I have, and noticed that the current copyright holders (in other words, the people who will see the cash) actually appear at the bottom of the "Health & Safety" page, although some are not the same that appear at the title screens.

Some of those hold certain interesting info, Lords of Thunder credits RED while Devil's Crush doesn't, none of the Treasure games I own credit them at all, Street Gangs (River City Ransom) does list the company formed by the original creators of the series, Factor 5 also state they hold the trademark for "Katakis" in Super Turrican, and Rareware are of course properly credited for the games, current logo and all.

Also, that "Safe & Health" page seems to have the proper "official" name for each game with the (TM) symbols etc, in the (supposedly) correct places. So Donkey Kong Country has the (TM) after the "Kong", and SMB:TLL has one (TM) for SMB and another one for TLL.

Below is the info I got from the Operations Guide for the games I own, organized by system. If you own any other games than these, you can help documenting these games by taking a look at this Safe & Health page of the Operations Guide, and typing the name at the beginning of said page with TM symbols in place, and the copyright info at the bottom (please, try to copy the letter case as well).
Also, if possible, please add the year and number of players that appears when you select the game, just to check any possible incongruencies they might have made.

Even if you only have time for posting one game, it will be very welcome. I'm also interested to see if any games credit Treasure as their creators, how many Mega Drive games don't show SEGA as the only copyright holder, and if the copyrights in NEO GEO games include anything other than the distributors, for example.

Oh and by the way, from some titles you might have noticed I'm currently trying to document PAL games, but any contribution will be welcome for making comparisons. Please specify if you're posting a PAL or an NTSC release.

Hmm? They forgot to put the last digit in there, or was it just a typo?
By the way, it looks like the title screen says 2001 while the game selection screen says 2000, now that's wierd.

Sorry about that, typo.

Supposed to be 2000-2007, if I remember correctly, since it was released in Japan in 2000.

Yeah that's it, thanks. Also, if you could provide the year and number of players that appear once you select the game in the Wii menu, that would be useful as well.

Funny how "The crystal shards" isn't trademarked, but just "Kirby 64"...

Wow, BANPRESTO copyright? I can´t say I saw that one coming. Does the title screen even mention that company?

Yeah, it's in the title screen.

But SEGA? I can't say I saw that coming.
In a Nintendo Kirby game? Have to check that.

Well, they owned the rights to the original... or something similar. I believe Compile was more or less part of SEGA.

Sega own the rights to Puyo Puyo, and held them since Compile folded in 2002. And as Kirby's Ghost Trap/Kirby's Avalanche is a western variant of Puyo Puyo... you do the maths
