| So I was wondering, which games do you have that let you download versions with non-English languages? Not counting multi-language releases such as Light Crusader. I know Kirby's Adventure lets you download the French version (it should let you get the German version as well) but besides that, I'm not sure if there's any other games like this. Do Landstalker, The Story of Thor, Panic on Funkotron or any other games offer different downloads for their respective localizations? If so, must you pay again for the game in order to get the other version? |

| Virtual Console Fanatic!™ | Kirby's Adventure lacks the German Version on the VC. ActRaiser, SimCity, The Legend of Zelda A Link to the Past allow English, French and German downloads. Donkey Kong Country has one for English and French, and one for German.

| Interesting... I guess all of those were originally released in their respective countries? |

| Virtual Console Fanatic!™ | Yes, and I think allmost all VC-Titles, which were released in another language, are on the VC (except Kirby's Adventure, German Version). And they are seperate downloads

| Oh, wierd... I never saw that when browsing the VC shop. It's a bit lame they don't count both as the same game, by the way... |

| Virtual Console Fanatic!™ | I think it depends on Language and Country Settings (My Wii is set to Switzerland, English).

| I don't think so. If such a thing ever existed, there's no info on it anywhere. By the way, guys, feel free to tell Nintendo or SEGA about the missing localizations if they were released in your country, back then. They do have those specific versions, just didn't bother to release them. |

| So if you want a game in two different languages (maybe you're learning another language), you have to pay twice for it? What a rip-off... I'm sure some of the European versions of original carts had a 'language select' option at the start - Yoshi's Island springs to mind. Wouldn't that be easier than multiple downloads? |

| You can always go back in time and tell the guys in charge of the translations. =P But on a serious note, they should really allow you to download any version once you've paid for one. |
