NOE Stars > Wii Points: Probably nothing but...

I just looked at my Stars on the NOE website, and when I clicked on "details" next to a VC game, the following came up. It's probably nothing, but might be a sign that they're up to something...

No need to panic, we'll be back soon!
Our website won't be available for a couple of hours, as we're currently arranging some technical modifications.
We would like to ask you for your understanding at this time; we're looking forward to welcoming you back to the site shortly, when we'll be able to provide you with all the latest news about the world of Nintendo.
See you soon!

Normally, it says "You will soon be able to claim your stars here", so thought I'd post this up in case it was something other than a site outage. Just me being hopeful.

I'm afraid it may be nothing, it just tells me I'll be able to claim my stars soon as always. And the site often outs with that error message.

their site overloads some of the times....

not to mention, the community is still down...
