Default Good VC platformers...

That havn't been remade somehow? There isn't many of them, the only two I have that I don't have remade are Dinamite Headdy and Bonk 2 but that isn't enough! I'm going to get Bonk 3 after I get Zelda: Oracle of Ages (GB colour game) but can some people please tell me about some VC platformers?
Take a look at "what VC games have you downloaded" to see what games I have

What do you mean by not having been "remade"? Super Mario World, Sonic 2, and Donkey Kong Country 2 are not on your list. You can't go wrong with any of them, unless you've played them to death already.

Yeah, but I have the GBA versions of Super Mario World and Donkey Kong Country 2, and I have Sonic Mega Collection Plus

What about Kid Chameleon on Mega Drive? Good platformer, I'm not sure if it's on VC yet but it must be soon if not.

Bonk 3 is very good. I'd recommend that to you. Adventure Island is very hard and fustrating because you only have 3 lives and when you lose them you start over. That's all I've played on the VC.

Heh, I "borrowed" one of them yeeeeeears ago. I had it right next to me as I read that message.

How about Super Ghouls 'n Ghosts? Have you got the GBA game?

BTW, maybe you should just get the Donkey Kong Country games anyway, they were much better on SNES.

Yeah, I'm resisting getting the GBA remake of DKC3 so when it comes out I can download it

And what is Super Ghouls 'n Ghosts? After seeing a screenshot of the main characther in his underpants it looks a bit too wierd for it's own good!

The DKC GBA-remakes are better than the SNES originals in some way.
There's much more to collect and there are photgraphs and other extras.
It's just like Super Mario Bros. DX and the Super Mario Advance games.
They're all enhanced. But that doesn't bother me, I love the play games on a big screen. And I'm waiting for DKC3 on the VC too.

Super G'n'G is a difficult action platformer.
You start out in an armor. But if you get hit,you lose the armor and you have to fight in your underpants. One more hit and youre bones.

It's a shame they look so bad when compared to the SNES originals.

Beats me how they were able to turn the original graphics into that mess, without caring about it.

But wouldn't he have clothes on under his armour?

If you like Wonder Boy then you will probably like Dragon's Curse. I enjoyed Dragon's Curse a lot, and am now playing Wonder Boy. Wonder Boy feels very similar. Actually I believe they share the same roots.

Have Fun
Matt

How does all of the dragon stuff work? Can you change into a dragon whenever you want?

Each dragon you defeat at the end of each "level" transforms you into a different animal. The dragon form is just the first transformation you get.
