Wave race 64 diffrence

Is it just me or has anyone else noticed wave race 64 on the vc has wii and Nintendo DS lite banners around the tracks,

Surly this was not in the original

List of VC games that have been altered in some way

Wave Race 64:
Change: Various banners on the sides of courses have been edited to advertise the Nintendo DS and Wii.
Reason: Presumably because licensing with the companies advertised ran out.
