For WiiWare, aren't we also getting two more Final Fantasy IV: The After Years episodes on Monday? I think we are! This could work either way for us getting Final Fantasy, though...

Besides the announced WW games, either Super Smash Bros to also celebrate the 100th WW game
and possibly Super Raiden to celebrate EU's Hanabi Festival

We're getting The Master of Fabul (Yang's Tale), The Mage's Voyage (Palom), and The Pulse of Babil (Edge). We get three more 300 point episodes come August 3, and the concluding, 800 point episode on September 7.

http://na.square-enix.com/ff4ay/ has been updated since the last time I visited, there's more artwork and whatnot there.

Is this true, or just a wild guess? Because DSiWare is actually a really brilliant way to sell Electroplankton in small batches! And I would totally buy it.

Since I'm overeager, I'm going to revise my original predictions and post a whole batch of catch-up stuff I think we could get while Europe is having good times with Hanabi.

VC:
Devil World?
Final Fantasy
Super Smash Bros.
1 VCA game
A few C64 games

WW:
Bit Boy!!
Bit.Trip Core
(aren't these two basically confirmed for this week?)
Cave Story (not this week, but sometime this month)
Final Fantasy IV: The After Years DLC (3 episodes)
Military Madness: Nectaris
NyxQuest: Kindred Spirits

DSiW:
Art Style: CODE
More "apps"
Hopefully some Electroplankton!!!

It's at least been announced for Japan in case you haven't heard so, yet.
While I'm not interested in downloading bits and pieces of games I could own physically for less money, I gotta say I'm glad there are people thinking differently. ^^
I was quite surprised to see you posting in NintendoLife's comments the other day again, by the way. I thought you wouldn't care about them anymore.

I don't.

Also, I don't really think differently about the bite-sized games, but getting Electroplankton bits for $5 or so is significantly cheaper than getting the whole game for $50.

That's sure true, but where would you buy it for 50 bucks? Is it that expensive in NA? Even the limited Japanese edition in a big box with earplugs isn't worth more than 20.

I've only ever seen it online for the importin', and the cheapest has been $40. I guess I'll have to look again.

I'm definitely not getting Bit.Trip Core (I didn't see the appeal of Beat at all), and I already have enough Bust-a-Move.

I'll probably look into that Art Style game. And if Herc's Racing is hilarious enough, I might take a peek at it, but I seriously doubt it.

I imagine we should get Smash Bros. sometime this month with EU on Hanabi all month. It would be a good time to launch Final Fantasy, too. I think we should get Final Fantasy on July 27th, as a wedding gift to moi.

Congratulations, by the way.

And I think you're releases are quite nice for today. I can see myself downloading Core, the new Bust-A-Move (I've loved every iteration so far...except for the ones on Wii and N-Gage) and Base 10.

I'm disapointed in California games. I remember playing it when back when and I know for a fact I didn't play it for Commodore 64. I was hoping for a nintendo game this week. Bust a move sounds great but I'm saving my points for something really really good.

I think this is the week we will finally get Smash Bros. but I still hope either Final Fantasy or Earthworm Jim 2 get released. I'm still waiting on Monkey Island for WiiWare.

Considering it was due out in December, it's not unreasonable to expect it to be finished at any moment.

If you followed the update you'd know it's not finish yet. If it was 100% complete it now, has to go through inspection. Though I believe now it is possible for it to appear next week.
