To get the topic started, Mega Driver are a heavy metal Mega Drive music cover band from Brazil who I've recently discovered.

I'm not a big fan of heavy metal but I am a fan of Mega Drive music and some of this is very good. All of their music is freely available from their website.

My favorite Video Game song has to be What U Want from Sonic Rush, yes, I have an odd sense of music But the music from 4-2 on Ristar is SO ANNOYING! It really gets stuck in my head even though its a stupid song

Locoroce has some cool stuff. Ocarina's is amazing. F-ZERO's stuff is mint. Mario World rocks. And then of course, the grandaddy of them all, Castlevania!

I'm disappointed that there's not much new for me here, but they're all great tracks and it's a very good value compilation if you like that kind of music. I'm interested in the four bonus tracks, especially Crush 40's version of Seven Rings in Hand (Sonic and the Secret Rings theme) and the remix of Open Your Heart.

I also want to get the Super Mario Galaxy soundtrack because that was very good, but it's difficult to find.

NiGHTS Journey of Dreams has some very good music, the official soundtrack comes on 3 CDs and I should be getting that as well.
