Another 'meh' week. Alex Kidd might be worth checking out I guess but it's not something I'm dying to play. I can't help but be a bit disappointed in the Virtual Console after reading the list of games that have ESRB ratings but have not been released yet, especially when I see lackluster weeks like this one.

Alex Kidd is a good old-school platformer. Fans of old-school platformers should be happy.
Gyrostarr is a good WiiWare shooter. Fans of WiiWare shooters should be happy.
