Thinking of buying 1 of 2 games and I need help deciding

Hey Guys

I'm getting tired of all the crap released in the past 2 months so I've decided to go ahead and buy a game on the VC that came out awhile ago but I didn't have the points at the time. I want to get either Shinobi III or rolling thunder 2 and I would like some help deciding from people who may have downloaded either game or both.

I'm leaning towards shinobi because it was a blast to play revenge of shinobi on my brothers sega genesis back in the day(which by the way was a wednesday) but I would love a good shoot em up game like rolling thunder mainly because I think it would be like the game code name: viper.

Any advice would be great.

I'd rather get Rolling Thunder II as it has a very distinctive feel to it and it offers coop. But both are really good and about on par.

Shinobi III is a proper sequel to Revenge of Shinobi. Rolling Thunder 2 is worth getting as well, but I never played Code Name Viper so I don't know if it's what you're looking for.

Thanks for the advice. I think I'll wait 1 more week because I'm going away this weekend anyways and then if vc is crap once again I'll get rolling thunder 2. I'll probably buy shinobi eventually I'll just base it on what comes on on vc in the next little while. I have lots of points but they have to last me a long time.

Edit: code name viper is essentially a ripoff of rolling thunder which I figured.
