Default Street Fighter 2 Turbo

Did anyone else get this game considering that it's available on multiple platforms, or do you like the SNES version better?

I got SF2 Turbo because I wanted to play it again, and I have a lot of memories with this game, however I felt that Super Street Fighter 2 was the superior version.

I thought SSFII was more of the same, with no real improvements on the earlier game, so I tend to prefer SFII Turbo. I think I'm in a minority though.

Not really part of the series, I know (although it is linked), but my favourite Capcom fighter of all is Rival Schools.

Will Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo eventually make it to the VC? According to wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Street_fighter_2) it was never released on a platform thats is available in the VC.

So should I wait for Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo or buy Street Fighter 2 Turbo? I have a European Wii, so I really need the turbo settings.

Why did CAPCOM make it so hard for us with all their different versions of Street Fighter 2

The SNES couldn't handle Super Street Fighter II Turbo so that game was cancelled, (they did have a working prototype, but by the time it was released people moved on to other systems, so they just cancelled the game); the only games the SNES got for SFII were Street Fighter II The World Warriors, Street Fighter II Turbo, and Super Street Fighter II The New Challengers.

Out of all 3 SSF2 TNC is my favorite, I love the music on that game, and how well it used the SPC sound chip.

What's wrong with you?

Is really that hard to pay attention and write the title of a game in the correct way?

neuzd,

What did i type wrong? I don't see my mistake
According to wikipedia it is correctly written (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Street_...ghter_II_Turbo).

I'm not referring to The New Challengers, but to the street fighter 2 game that wasn't released on the SNES.

So, these are both quotes from one post of yours.
Don't you agree that with this latest sentence you're answering yourself?

In my previous post I was assuming you intended Super Street Fighter II and you added a "Turbo" while distracted.

What's exactly the difference between SF2 Turbo and the world warrior? I know turbo can be played faster and has more characters but does the world warrior doesn't have any advantages at all compared to SF2 Turbo?

The virtual console article states that Street Fighter II is partially optimised (removed borders) but this doesn't appear to be the case for Street Fighter II Turbo.

If true then Capcom suck.
