I don't think I've seen a topic on here yet, so hear it is

I'm a fan of The Simpsons and have been for a few years now, I have all the released seasons on DVD, and am currently watching 9, and I usually buy The Simpsons Comics but I'm getting behind on them.

My favourite character's Homer, he just makes me laugh all the time
And my favourite episode at the moment is "The City of New York vs Homer Simpson"

Soo anyone on here Simpsons fans too?

That was a brilliant episode. Crab juice. Genius. My personal favourite is probably Homer the Great from Season 6.

I love the Simpsons, have all the DVDs myself an seasons 3-9 are possibly the greatest TV ever made, but for overall consistency, I'd have to admit I prefer Futurama.

I'm watching a lot of animation now (American, I mean) though I never used to, and there are a few great shows that I've not seen on TV here. Aside from the obvious ones like SP, Family Guy and American Dad, Home Movies is great, and so is Tripping the Rift, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, and Drawn Together (though I seem to be alone in liking that ). Give them a shot.

The Simpsons is great, but the newer seasons are just pathetic. I look back on past episodes and they're brilliant, I can't believe how bad it's gotten. They should've ended it years ago. I might see the movie, depending on reviews.

Huge Simpsons fan, but only go for the episodes. Comics cost to much.

Can't wait for the movie and the only thing that I know i'm going to be dissapointed about is no Troy McLure or Lionel Hutz will be in the movie. Of course there could be other dissapointments, but this is the only one that I KNOW i'll be dissapointed about.

Don't have a favourite ep, there's to many. But I have a favourite bit.

The past few seasons haven't been as good, I agree with that. For instance, episode 399 (in case anybody forget it was the 24 style episode, which was awesome. Can't you tell I'm a 24 fan?) was better than the 400th episode.

I absolutely love The Simpsons. I've also got all the DVD Series box sets released so far. I can't wait for the film, it's gonna be hilarious. Sesaon 10 Box set due out end of this year too woot.

How many seasons are there? I've lost track. :P (not released on DVD, in general.)

Looks like there are 19 seasons, 19th being the current one, and about 400 episodes.
