Rank the Zelda Games!
A short discussion in the chat box (Tull was in on it) prompted me to post this here. We've all played some Zelda game or another. Some of the older geezers among us have been playing them since they started. But which is the best? How would you rank them?
Here is a list of games in the Zelda series: The Legend of Zelda (NES) Zelda II: The Adventure of Link (NES) The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past (SNES) The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening (GB) The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (N64) The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask (N64) The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages & Oracle of Seasons (GBC) The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker (GCN) The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures (GCN) The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap (GBA) The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (GCN/Wii) The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass (DS) If you want to be really thorough, you can slot in these remakes that are essentially represented in the main list but contain new content: The Legend of Zelda: Master Quest (GCN) The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords (GBA) Link's Crossbow Training I'm not including Tingle's stupid side-game or the CD-i games that aren't endorsed by Nintendo. I haven't played any Zelda games in a while, so this'll be difficult, but here we go:
1. The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past (SNES) 2. The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (N64) 3. The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker (GCN) 4. The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (GCN/Wii) 5. The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures (GCN) 6. The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass (DS) 7. The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask (N64) 8. The Legend of Zelda (NES) 9. Zelda II: The Adventure of Link (NES) The rest I haven't really played enough to get an opinion of them.

Worst Ocarina of Time: Terrible Game Link's Awakening: Awful! Majora's Mask: Stupid Link to the Past: Not fun Twilight Princess: Silly Wind Waker: Dumb Oracle of Ages/Seasons: Lame Minish Cap: Painfuk Zelda: Boring Zelda II: Okay Link Faces of Evil (CD-i): Incredible in every way Zelda's Adventure (CD-i): Amazing! Zelda The Wand of Gamelon (CD-i): An epic journey that was an instant classic. By far the best Zelda game and a model of what all games should strive for. This game set the bar to unreachable heights. Best
