After the April Fools VC Reviews played, it got me thinking. What about the Pokemon Mini coming to the VC? I m not saying BEFORE the Gameboy, I just mean in general. Pokemon Channel allowed us to play some games on TV, so its quite possible and while the game libary isnt exactly big, there were a fair few games that never saw release outside of Japan which would interest some Pokemon Fans.
And maybe a pricetag of 100-300 points?

You mean that tiny Gameboy thing? If the gameboy ever came to the VC, I could see Pokemon Mini games bundled under the category.

Right, that small Pokemon Handheld that didnt really succeed as much as Nintendo probably wanted.

It looks really cute, but I imagine I'd hurt my eyes (and fingers) trying to play anything on it. I don't think it's meant for someone my physical age, anyway, though I'm always young at heart. ;]
I heard the only place they could be bought in NA was the Nintendo World Store in NY. Kinda inconvenient. |

I think it's fairly obvious that they won't bother, since there were like 5 games ar most, which looked like crap and few people bought to begin with.

ALK, how well did the Mini games play on TV in Pokémon Channel? Because that is one tiny black-and-white screen... I can't imagine those games having enough depth to be worth adding to the VC.

They were pretty good on Channel. No real issues with it.
Well, it wouldnt cost them any money to put them on. And sure, there werent many games, but they could always go slow with releasing them. And if they did put them up, they would have to price it right. No one would pay 500 points for them. 100-200 sounds right. And the import ones would probably have interest for Pokemon fans. Hell, since they re small and don't take a lot to make, why not make new games?
