Hey man, get back on planet Earth.

Did you ever seen how Oblivion runs on 360? Unplayable. Are you really willing to play it on a portable device? Portable as a truck, filled with the game's endless UMDs.....

Some projects are impossible (and pointless and a money-loss) to bring on different platforms.

If you're so much into that kind of RPGs, why don't you take a PC?
The market is well diversified, and it is a GOOD thing.
Get the right platform for your interests and do ypu a favor: do not change dreams for hopes.

Why don't you ask for the first Elder Scrolls games? They would be more "portable" and more "retro", obviously. [EDIT] With "portable" in this sentence I mean the games themselves, not that ES or Arena are more suitable for a portable-console, because they are not (!!!) [EDIT] Oh gosh! I admit I'm no fan, but I should have reminded that Arena is the first, the title of the second is Daggerfall, shame on me.[/EDIT]

How old are you, if I may ask you? It's not to make fun of you or anything, be fine, just I feel you're young and do not see how the gaming industry is moving in the latest 25 years.

[EDIT]
Was it a poll 2 minutes ago? I don't think so. Anyway, I'll tell you, you are NOT enjoying a game like Oblivion on a bus ride. Really, if you do, you're no gamer.

You really need to take your medication. Oblivion on PSP. Morrowind on VC. Your a little crazy

Neuzd how is oblivion on 360 unplayable. Ive got it and played through it and there was nearly no slow down at all. The only problem i found were the objects in the distance being really smooth looking. But other than that i agree with your comment. I think you need to learn the limits of the consoles/portables that are avaliable now orcarina.

I saw Oblivion at a friend's, and the 360 was loading every time, I saw the very beginning, I noticed it was loading at every room, and also when opening the User Interface required everytime some seconds.

I played tons of games on PC, since my Philips 8086. I even played a bit of Morrowind on an Athlon 1GHz (just to remain in the same realm!), and I have never experienced so frequent and heavy loadings.

Ohhh Ok. That makes more sense. I thought you ment by Unplayable i thought you ment low frame rate. But the loading times are bearable for me. But ive never played any elder scrolls on PC since my comp hasnt been strong enough to handle them so i cant compare the 360 & PC versions which is probably why the loading screens dont seem like much to me.

Look I said could it work I didn't need you to tell me to get back on planet Earth.

I don't mean "Oblivion" I mean an Oblivion like Mobile Oblivion.

PS: If you still think I'm an idiot look at this

Uhhh you didnt really explain that well enough in your first post. You shouldve included more info and that link since none of us knew that. All you gave us was a ridiculous question. We really needed more info.

You definetly wouldn't have come into any "problem" if you had put some more info in your post.

I wouldn't even cared about answering as I'm not really interested in deep RPGs that aren't turn-based.

Since in another message of yours you were talking about Morrowind on VC (..) I thought I had the right to believe you weren't that aware of what you were talking about.
Sorry about that.

It's still my opinion that this kind of game is unsuitable for bus-riding-games.
But I'm surely not preventing anyone from doing or playing such a game on a portable device, I perfectly know that companies often break the logic of good sense and give the consumers the crazy things that they've been asking for.

Ok all is understood and Morrowind on VC would work if you had a 1GB SD Card. Sony are good at making "Super Consoles" the PSP-2 could have the normal Oblivion on it.

Morrowind still wouldnt work. Its not just space thats an issue. Just first morrowind would have to be redesigned for wii or emulated, it would take forever to download and also you cant download straight to SD card. The wii's internal memory wouldnt be able to handle it. There are plenty of other things too that would stop it from being on VC.

Ok you could not download it but maybe they will make an Elder-Scrolls pack with Morrowind on it to buy.
