I have no idea what happened to it but I can't find it to save my life. Perhaps my daughter threw it away. I had bought it largely to give it away at Christmas so, if I do still have it and it turns up, I'll still be giving it away. It can safely be excluded from my collection list either way.

Goodness....one of my friends gave me his copy of this. I'll get to it someday. It's more than a little intimidating. It's got a rep for being brutal. I hope it isn't terribly frustrating.

If it's any consolation, I personally didn't find it's sequel, Dark Souls, which is supposed to be harder, to be that frustrating. Granted, I think most of the difficulty was in finding what to do and where to go, and with all the hints inside and outside the game, much of that difficulty was nulled. Demon's Souls might have more of its difficulty focused on the actual levels, since it's more linear.

It has nothing to do with laziness, not on my part anyway. It has to do more with the fact that this thread was/is barely being used by 10-20% of people who have PS systems, and the fact that no one cares to use, read, look at, etc. these kinds of collection threads anymore. Their value is also dubious with the amount of forum turnover we have. They only really exist as a point of interest for people to see what kinds of new games people are getting and when (i.e. to alert people of sales they might have missed out on, or pique interest in a new under-the-radar game, etc.).

Yeah, for me it's mostly a platform to announce purchases. I rely on my backlog for maintaining my collection lists.

I said jks so IK it's not your not being lazy. Everything you said is true and on top of it it would take ages to get this up to date again there would be no point.
