| Do you like my helmet? | I'm not a huge fan of the Neo Geo just because of its nature as a home arcade system (I'm not a fan of big platformers, brawlers, and fighters...). The one game/series out of the NG's roster that I might be tempted to try is Sengoku, just because of the interesting setting. |

Far as Sengoku 3; I just don't see that one coming due to size of the game. The other two, perhaps, but I really doubt the third or 2001.

| NeoGeo Cup '98: The Road To The Victory (i.e. Super Sidekicks 3) They had this in an arcade up in the north of Scotland where I went on holiday. It was like 20p a go and it would last you for about half an hour. If you put in a pound you would end up being there for too long! I love this game and if it comes out on VC I'll download it immediately. |

| I'm sorry, but some of your ideas are clearly flawed. Many of the games you (plural) said were released for the CD, which will take up TOO MUCH internal memory. ALso, a game like Mark Of The Wolves is Dreamcast quality, which means it WILL take WAAAY too much space to be on VC. Heck, VC can't even save PS1 games, let alone Dreamcast. The only reason it can sace N64 is because it was cartridge based. Have you noticed there are no CD based add-on games (besides a few TG-16 ones) that are on the VC? |

| Banzai Bill | Once Nintendo comes out with there "better than a hard-drive" storage system, all bets are off. House of the Dead Dreamcast FTW. Oh, and King of Fighters 2001! |

| I can't wait for that to happen. Castlevania Symphony Of The Night (Sega Saturn), please come out in a brand new edition that fixes your various glitches, and insert yourself in Wii Ware. Oh, and a TON of DLC would be nice (if nice meant BAD-ASS). |

| I would like to see a good, original adventure/platformer, (like Mario/Sonic/Bonk/Kirby etc...) , or just about anything that's not a fighter, beat-um-up, kick-der-****, because I hate those types of games... And I tried Blue's Adventure and it sucked; plus I had to unplug the component cable and reboot my Wii everytime I wanted to play, which got old... And I'm not interested in Magician Lord, or any other dry and pasty RPG, either; there are tons better ones already out on other consoles... I just don't see anything out for NeoGeo that I could really be interested in at the moment...

| The sad thing is, most of the later and even middle-era Neo Geo fighters are simply too large to come to VC. The ROMs are hundreds upon hundreds of megabytes for a lot of those games and downloadable content is limited by Nintendo to be slightly less than 50MB. That's the reason that Neo Geo games always sucked so hard on other consoles until the Dreamcast came along; cartridges allowed instant access to all the artwork whereas CD-based platforms like the PSX and Saturn absolutely chugged along and often lost much of the artwork. Thankfully for fighter fans, the King Of Fighters and Samurai Shodown collections should be more than enough to keep us occupied for a while |

| Personally, I think those game are more likely to come out on compilation discs, if at all, on Wii. SNK stand to make more by releasing their hardcore fighters on the other consoles, especially PS2, as the Wii crowd isn't exactly hardcore. For instance, there are two Fatal Fury compilations for PS2 that haven't seen a Wii release. The original Last Blade might be small enough to fit on VC, but the other two definitely aren't. I'm no authority on the subject, these are just my gut feelings. |

| Monty Mole | Blazing Star Bust a Move Magical Drop The rest of the Metal Slugs (especially X) Shock Troopers Super Dodgeball Garou: Mark of the Wolves The rest of the Samurai Showdowns (why not?) And that's pretty much it. Not a lot on that console that really grabs me. Last edited by Mr. Cheez; 10th December 2008 at 10:03 PM. |

Also, does every single PS2 compilation need to be ported to the Wii? Maybe SNK doesn't want to port the Fatal Fury compilation to next gen consoles, unlike Sega who constantly reminds us that they used to make good Sonic games with all of their Genesis compilations. And don't get me started on Capcom and Street Fighter 2.

The thing to keep in mind is that a good 75% of the Wii install base doesn't own the controllers required to play these games properly. Furthermore, the vast majority of hardcore fighting games (and lets face it, anything that isn't Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat or Smash Bros can be considered "hardcore" these days) have been released on PS2 anyway, so the core audience already has everything they need. Capcom execs have said as much when asked about whether or not SSFTHDR would get a retail port to Wiu.

Yes, I know most of the Wii audience don't have a Classic Controller which is why SSF2THDR isn't on the Wii (and because the Wii can't handle the graphics), but that doesn't make sense for fighting game compilations. How could anyone find it commerciably viable to rerelease a fighting game compilation when it probably didn't sell well the first time? Also, what you someone said earlier that (what u said) is the reason they're not releasing the PS2 Fatal Fury compilations on the Wii. Well, considering SNK made them, and they're currently releasing quite a few compilations on the Wii, WHY wouldn't they release these ones?
