No, I expect PAL gamers are happy to get a 60hz version at last. For some reason my VC version of Turbo doesn;t even have the borders removed.

From what I heard, this version of SFII doesn't have speed control, unlike the turbo or super versions. Even in 60Hz, this is not intreasting to me sadly. Not sure if the borders are in the NTSC version of SFII:Turbo though.

No, there are no borders in the NTSC version.

I'd be more interested in it for the native TG16 price of 600 points, but that extra import charge pushes it a bit too close to the SNES/Genesis versions for me to consider getting it.
