Default C64 In Japan?

What do you reckon, you think maybe Japan will see C64 games on their VC? Okay, the C64 isnt as well known over there, but face it, Japan does get nearly everything and more then us. lol. XD

Let them have it. I doubt it will sell well over there though.
But maybe we can trade C64 stuff in for the games they still hold ransom

Maybe. Probably not for a while though. It's also nothing to laugh at either.

Unlikely I'd say. They have there own exclusive channel in the MSX. The VC is mostly geared towards nostalgia so it makes sense to release consoles appropriate to their popularity in a region.

Plus, the C64 was hardly released in Japan before it was canceled, just like the MSX in Europe so I think that if either of these consoles would be released on their minor market most people would go "Commodore 64? What the hell is that and where are the 63 other ones?". It's simply a case of more work than payoff.

Give em the C64 if we get the MSX with its great shooters and Eggerland episodes that were released here back in the days anyway, I say. ^^
