Normally they'll refeed if something is changed about the article. In this case, they didn't change the lame score or Dazza's brainless comment that shatters what little review credibility NintendoLife had.

Wait, maybe they moved the review to the section of the site it was supposed to be in? Ah, the "advantages" of running a big messy "supersite".

EDIT: Yep, it's in the virtual console section rather than the retro section now.

Don't we only get their VC, and WW reviews though?

If we get Retro reviews we can have Nanaki's Banjo Kazooie review that listed the incorrect item totals, as well as the stage count IIRC...

Why even pay attention to the site? It's not worth your time, you've got better things to do (like rot and die).

I went there for a laugh and found this first click after arrival: http://www.nintendolife.com/forums/w..._hero#reply-12
I'm not sure if one can make a worse topic than that...

Meh, I'll just wait until I get Ultimate Genesis Collection, and unluck that version. Or I'll get the XBLA version. Either one will do.

That's what I'm trying to do, but I stink at the game you need to play to unlock it: Super Thunder Blade.

Ugh, that game is horrible! Why do they always pick the worst games to require to unlock stuff?!

To make people suffer through the worst parts of Sega's history.
At least they didn't make you beat Phantasy Star/Shining Force. Not bashing those games, but that would take quite a while. Not like Space Harrier is one of the highlights of the collection anyways....Hope Ristar is initially avalaible.

BTW, I still can't believe they didn't add the lock in Sonic 3 feature. What a load of BS

Ristar is playable right away. And yeah, it's too bad about the lock-on thing but at least they included Sonic & Knuckles. They easily could have left it out like they left out a lot of Sonic games in the original Genesis Collection game.

Well, they left those out because they were creating Sonic compilations for the system. They had no logical reason for leaving it out here...Well, I guess time constraints. But yeah, I do appreciate that they left Sonic & Knuckles there. I would have also appreciated it if they put Gunstar Heroes, Alien Soldier, and Light Crusader in there.

They probably just wamted to save S3&K/S2&K as DLC, like they did with Gunstar Heroes.

My main problem with this is that the XBLA versions of Mega drive games, ported by backbone entertainment are like little simulators running the game, they have their own menu's etc and you dont even get access to the title screen.

My problem with this is it makes cheats like level select and debug mode impossible to do, which annoys me as I sometimes like to just mess around on the levels greating areas with lots of enemies or dash around as hyper sonic without having to collect 50 rings first.

On the Sega Mega Drive Ultimate Collection the games play as they would on the VC, you have access to everything you would have in the original game and new features live save files and stuff are done on a drop in menu. I wish the XBLA games were like that
