Even though this game is hard, I still think it's one of the best shooters on the VC. Great conversion from the arcades.

just a shame its such a space eater as its ideal for a quick blast yet sits on my SD card most of the time due to its 200+ blocks

Too bad I have to keep switching Turboduo VC games on my Wii menu, otherwise I would keep playing this game.

This is a fantastic shump.

In my humble opinion, one of the best ever created.

No excuse not to play it now Slangman

I really do like this game, but I still prefer Gradius III. Maybe over time though I will start to like Gradius II more though.

On that note, I really hope we get the TG16 version of Gradius one day.

I wasn't really a fan of this one - I found the stages to be a little more evil than in the other Gradius games.

We need the TG16 versions of Gradius and Salamander - agreed. I just can't play NES games anymore. With a few exceptions (Mario 2 & 3) the graphics and music haven't aged well.

Better yet, give us Xexex and Parodius!

and Gradius Gaiden (my favorite Gradius, although I haven't played V)....oh, right. Maybe PSN should do imports. Then we could get Sexy Parodius.

I would like all of the VC compatable Parodius games, especially Chatting Parodius.
