I would love to see this game in the VC; it is, without a shadow of a doubt, the best N64 game.

I'm not sure if it's a possibility, but Atlus has the last word. Let's wait and see.

I didn't know that this game was US only...I hope it comes to VC soon so you can play it, I left FF7 when this game arrived because of it's great story, addictive gameplay and high challenge (it was like in Fire emblem; if one of your characters die...well, it's dead. you have to find a witch to revive him, but there's a chance that a dead character turns into a zombie)

Many plot twists, great characters, epic battles...please, I need this in the VC NOW

I believe that Square/Enix bought up the Ogre Battle people a couple of years ago, so I wouldn't hold your breath over a VC release for the series.

ATLUS latest game is Trauma Center: Second Opinion on Wii.
And they're making another Trauma Center.
And none of them have the Square Enix labels.
And if they had, they would just publish them like one of their games.

ActRaiser was made by Quintet/Enix - at times when Square and Enix were rivals. But ActRaiser showed up in the VC as an SquareEnix labeled game.

So if Ogre Battle 64 was bought by Enix, which it is NOT, then it would be labeled as an SquareEnix game on the VC.

Atlus published OB64, but the game was produced by Quest, who were bought up by Square in 2002. Since the buy-out, we've seen no new Ogre Battle games.

Never played it, ever. On IGN, a lot of guys say it's one of the 64's best. I've gotta get it if it ever comes to VC.
