Ogre Battle 64

After having received my ultimate VC N64 wish (Kirby 64), I now pine for Ogre Battle 64, after having played the game briefly when it came out so long ago. I liked it, but I think I wasn't quite smart enough to figure it out completely. Some years after I bought Tactics Ogre: The Knight of Lodis for GBA. It truly was one of those strategy games to define all strategy games. Now, I remember Ogre Battle 64 fondly, or at least what little of it I remember.

Does anyone else share my nostalgia? And what are our chances? I don't know who it was made by or anything about the licensing game which some other users seem to be more knowledgeable about.

If we get Ogre Battle 64, I'd hope we'd also get Ogre Battle and Tactics Ogre first (the two games that came before it).

(Getting Tactics Ogre would be tough, since it wasn't released outside of Japan on the SNES... instead, it was ported to Saturn and PSX, neither of which are VC platforms.)

Ogre Battle was developed by Quest, which is now owned by Square Enix, but it seems like one of those franchises that they might not mind dumping on the VC (especially since all of the Quest staff are kept busy working on Final Fantasy Tactics spinoffs). Apparently Ogre Battle 64 was co-developed by Nintendo, which is good, but it was published by Atlus and I'm not sure that their VC stance is.

I d say theres a good chance of this happening. Square Enix own it, so it shouldnt be a problem, providing they don't decide to remake the whole thing on DS. Main issues would be Nintendo giving us more 3rd Party N64 games (Cruis'N USA was the start...) and the lack of Square as a whole on the VC.
