Default The official what you got post.

A hamper full of food and drink to share between my brothers and I.

Logan's Shadow.

The Mighty Boosh set.

Seinfeld 8 and 9.

Some bloody funny and very blue books (One of which contains every rude word ever. So nothing will get past me now *Readies the infraction button* ).

Cold hard cash (Which will be converted into an Avalanche Jersey, Silent Hill Origins and NHL 2K8 ).

Calender block.

A Titan+ Veg Shaver with extras (Shopping channel impulse buy, and it rocks).

A joint pressie of Top Gears Stig board game.

And an amazing digi cam corder.

Couldn't believe it. They said they wouldn't go overboard this year (Hate having so much spent on me. It kinda makes me feel bad) and they did.

Ah well, at least it all rocks and at least we all had a great day (Which is the thing I want most every X-MAS) so I suppose I shouldn't feel bad/complain

Also the stuff I bought for people seemed to be recieved well

Hope everyone here had a fantastic day, and got some cool stuff/had their gifts recieved well too

Just some DVDs, books and booze for me this year. Got a bit of cash on the way too, but that's gonna be saved up for a PS3.

The big gift was an Nvidia Geforce 8800 GT (overclocked)
To accompany this gift were:
-Bioshock (Wonderful)
-Crysis (Beautiful)
-Unreal Tournament 3 (Goryful)
Then I was also bestowed with the at long last return of Futurama with the DVD Bender's Big Score. I watched it right when it was opened, marvelous. Also, in relation to Futurama, I got the Simspons Movie on DVD, another fine movie. Throw in some stocking stuffers and a tin of caramel popcorn (actually, 3 of them... people must really think I love popcorn... Well, I do) and you've got my Christmas. Mighty fine if I do say so myself.

Edit: 50 dollar Bestbuy gift certificate from cousins and 50 dollars from grandma. Bless their hearts (: Oh, also a check for quite a reasonable sum of money that I will probably be saving for college from my other grandparents.

Edit 2: Dad bought the complete Family Guy mega set thing for the whole family. They likes it more than I do though (Futurama and Southpark FTW).

Edit 3: For dinner we had Montgomery Inn Ribs (actually ordered online and shipped to Maine from Ohio!) and enjoyed some delicious cookies after. Grandparents came over too, happy times.

I got a PlayPal Portable, a cheap handheld that plays built-in Game Gear and Master System games.

So far I'd give it a bit more than that review's 6/10, maybe I'll post a detailed review of my own later on the retro forum.

And some DS games. Sonic Rush Adventure, Ouendan 2 and Phoenix Wright Trials and Tribulations.

Not nearly as much as Demon and Spore but I'm pleased with what I got.

Well, if you lose interest you can always pass on that PS3 to me. =P Seriously, though, consider yourself very lucky. I wish I had parents with that kind of money to blow. =/

Anyways, I only got what I bought myself:
NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams
Ultimate Mortal Kombat
Garfield 2008 Calendar
Hot Fuzz (awesome movie, by the way)
The Last Unicorn
Bose Companion 3 speaker set - Actually, they are branded as computer/desk speakers, but they work extremely well as repurposed home entertainment system speakers, and they beat the pants off of my TV's piddly speakers. Frankly, I'm quite astounded by how much punch those relatively small speakers deliver (of course, I tested them out in a store before the purchase.) That subwoofer sure helps, too. It just works beautifully with movies, music, and games. I sure got more than my money's worth.

Wow, thats really weird I live right by Montgomery Inn, like literally 3 minutes from my house. I wasn't aware it was really well known outside of the local tristate area. It's pretty expensive for my budget but I go there when I can afford it. Are you jealous?

Man oh man did I clean up for X-mas. A remote starter for car thanks to my mom. 5 Wii games and 3 DS games. 120 dollars total in Gamestop gift cards. 100 dollars to Best Buy. 15 dollars to Target. 15 Dollars to Applebees. Awesome Christmas. Got to see both my sisters who live out of state and had a great time hanging out with my fam. Girlfriend loved the gifts I got her. So all in all it couldn't have been better. Hope you guys enjoyed it as much as I did!

Oh yeah, Ohio has everything food related that my family loves. We used to live there! Montgomery Inn, Skyline Chili, Graeter's icecreme, La Rosa's Pizzeria, Busken's cookies, the goetta.... A lot of things. Luckily all of those are available through a thing called Cincinatti Favorites where we can order crap from there en masse.
