Default Not interested in WiiWare.

I have to admit, I'm not all that interested in WiiWare. I don't know if I'm the only one, but I have yet to see one announced game that gets me excited. For those of you who are excited about WiiWare, name one game coming out for it that's worth buying. Convince me.

XBLA gets all the good stuff while we are stuck with slightly imrpoved flash games. C'mon, we want Bionic Commando: Rearmed too. Well, I suppose Bubble Wrap Popping is fun too...

XBLA is full of crap too Spore. Plus last time we were talking about a Bionic Commando remake in the chat box you well cussing the idea. Make you mind up fella

Sure, there's not a huge amount of really inspiring WiiWare titles but there's at least a few games to fill up the gaps between native games that the now crappy VC is failing to do.

Games I have half an interest in on WiiWare?

Bomberman, Dr Mario, LostWinds, Eternity's Child, Final Fantasy and Start Soldier R, Project Goo and a couple of the more obscure puzzlers. Oh, and Pokemon Ranch ... not.

That was the craptastic 3D version that pretty much dumps the control scheme of the original. This is a downloadable game that features the same play style of the original. Completely different.

I can't see myself buying another copy of Dr. Mario. I already own three other versions of that game. And am I the only one on these forums that played Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles on the GameCube. Why would I ever buy another game in that series? I'll reserve judgement on the other games you mentioned until I know more about them.

I'll only be interested if they release Doom or Doom 2 on Wiiware, cause there was never a decent console version.

But I believe iD wasn't to smitten with the Wii so chances are slim.

Shouldn't this be in the WiiWare forum?

Anyway, I'm really psyched about WiiWare. I wasn't at the start, but the release of 2 or 3 budget-priced-but-still-decent games per week sounds really good. Add 2 or 3 VC games per week to that and each week should be more special than they currently are.

Nope, I played FF:CC on Gamecube too - wasn't the slightest bi bothered about it. FF:CC MLaaK sounds quite a bit different though.
