Garsh, there are so many. Romance of the Three Kingdoms IV is a good one because it's associated with very strong memories.

Because I'm probably the youngest one here, Zelda OoT or Yoshi's Story. (I'm 12)

Mario no Super Picross...it reminds me of the good old days with the original Mario's Picross.

So one day, I got picked up early from elementary school. This was awesome enough, because elementary school was horrible. Also, I was picked up by my mom, who normally didn't get home until much later. Pretty sweet! Turns out she was actually picking up my brother Eric, but since we were in the same school, figured she might as well pick me up at the same time--it'd have been no good for me to find out later that she had been at school and only picked him up.
In a few--and by "a few," I mean, slightly over half an hour--we were pulling into the lot at the nearest Blockbuster. Seems it was release day for the newest game in the SMB series! My brother had asked Mom to pick him up early so they could run and rent it before the store was out (you know, right after school lets out. I suppose Mom could have rented it without our presence, but she may have been concerned about getting the wrong game). Understand, I had no idea there was a new game in the SMB series. At this time in my life, we had no internets (no home computer!) and I'd have no interest in magazines for years. I had no idea where new games came from (babies, now, they held no mysteries). The fact that my brother had known a game was coming out before it did was downright mystical to me. It really added to the whole magical atmosphere of the day. And, y'know. I was all like "Omigosh Mom got my out of school early so I can play video gaaames!!" Just like that. Not only did we get to rent SMB3 (and one of the last copies left--we weren't the only ones with this sort of plan), but we also got to browse around and drool at all the cool games--funnily enough, something I still enjoy doing today. Then--then!--when we got home, Eric and I got to play the game all by ourselves. We're a family of six: Mom, Dad, three boys, and me. We always took our turns, but Eric and I are the youngest--so our turns were traditionally, y'know, last. However! Our older brothers were in middle school and didn't get picked up early--I guess their studies were just too important to interrupt. ;] Getting first dibs was the extra special candy cherry on top of the whipped creme-and-sprinkles. And that was just the first two hours I associate with the game. We--my brothers and I--always played it together. Peanut gallery comments were essential to the experience. I still remember how we'd knock on each other's doors to say "Hey, I'm gonna play Mario, wanna watch?" We'd pass off the controller to each other when someone needed a break, or when someone'd get to a part of the game they couldn't do, or were tired of trying to beat, or when they needed to run a chore or get food. I remember being really impressed when my oldest brother designed stages on graph paper, and being terribly excited when he finally got to World 8 (I never could on my own). I was totally stoked when I found a secret area none of my brothers had. SO. To answer the OP: Super Mario Bros. 3. I have the most vivid memories attached to it. Super Metroid has to be the #1 for me. i was all sorts of giddy while playing it, and i actually finished it in a reasonable amount of time, so that has to count for something.
Bubble Bobble is also one i cant get enough of... its the music |

Legend of Zelda OOT: Never get bored of this game always play it to get through the dungeons again. And going through Kakariko Village, Hyrule Field and the inside of Hyrule Castle. reminds me of going into those locations for the first time after finally completing Inside the Duku Tree(which i was stuck on for 3 or 4 months lol) which was in my opnion the best moment in my life.
Sorry if i got carried away there.
