Default SNES Wish List

I would like to play Harvest Moon again on the Virtual Console, also Super Mario RPG, Super Mario Kart (i never played the SNES version) and Super Mario Allstars.

But i think Super Mario Allstars will never released on the VC...

What are you're wishes for SNES Games on the Virtual Console?

Just had the exact same idea on the Megadrive board!

The top of my wishlist is Alien3 - superb.
Super Punch Out
Some Mega Man games would be nice.
Stunt Race FX
Super Bomberman
Super Star Wars / Empire / Jedi

Super Mario Allstars was just a compilation of the NES games, wasn't it? I'd expect them to be released as single NES games, for maximum cashage.

I loved Super Mario Kart. I wonder if they will ever add wifi connection to any of the older games... I'm sure there is a way they could do it, even if the games are just emulated ROMs. Some of the older games, SMK included would reeeeally benefit from Internet play. But then again... we never had it in the good old days.

Super Mario Allstars had hefty graphics updates if I remember correctly, just because the SNES could do it. So they could probably sell the 'improved graphics versions' of the NES games.

Donkey Kong Country 2, Yoshi's Island and (in the hope of an EU release) Super Mario RPG.

1. Super Metroid
2. Earthbound (...currently I'm waiting for Mother3 I bought online)
3. Super Mario RPG

These are just the most desired, Metroid being on the very top of the list.

I also have titles on my wish list which I'm hoping for, but I fear I'll never see Flashback or The Chaos Engine (yes, back in the days I was an Amiga owner).

I'm sure they would "have" to up the price if they added WiFi play to the VC games. Still... a game like Super Mario Kart would sell through the roof if it had online play included. I know I'd buy it for sure.

Super Mario All-stars probably will be released, but I'm sure it won't happen until all the ordinary releases of the classics have had a good run of their own.

Games I want for VC:
Chrono Trigger
Shadowrun
Illusion of Time

There are far to many games for me to list. But there's some that I really want to see announced. North and South, Push Over, Chuck Rock 1 and 2 and the Supr Star Wars series.

There are fan translations of Seiken Densetsu 3/Secret of Mana 2, really good ones at that. Wouldn't Square be free to simply put these up on the VC? It's their property after all.

That would be my nr. 1. Also:
Front Mission: Gun Hazard (same thing there)
Kirby's Dreamland 3
Axelay
Uniracers
Final Fantasy VI
Mega Man 7 a
ll the Mega Man Xs
Parodius.

Oh, and Super Punch Out. And Cybernator. And the original Harvest Moon... OOOH and the two Pocky & Rocky games. Definitely those. And... and... and...

The original (and best!) Super Mario Kart would be my number two wish. My number one wish would be SMK with online play and extra downloadable tracks.

Otherwise, what I'd really like to see is all those rpgs that the SNES did so well, most of which never made it to Europe.

Yeah, originally a Capcom arcade game. I'm unsure if it cam out for the SNES but it wouldn't surprise me. That was a lot of fun.

Yes, there was a SNES version of Knights... I've only ever played the arcade version though. Oddly for an arcade game, I found it very, very easy and had no problem finishing it. Maybe the cabinet I played was hacked in some way, as it's hardly good business to make an easy arcade game!

That said, I could get through to the last level of Golden Axe on one 10p too.

It's still unsure if Hudson's gonna support TG addons though. I'm thinking yes because they're putting a lot of effort into VC, but you never know.

Default Hi

Hi, guys and gals! For those of you who has seen (or not) my "Hello" message on this forum, ignore that. I made a mistake. Anyway, here are the games that I wished that it had been on the VC (whether or not I have them already on my Wii's VC):

Battle Cars
F-Zero (but I already have it, and it's good!)
Stunt Race FX
Super RC Pro-AM (if there's one)

Hmm.. can't think of some others, but will get back to it later.

C ya laters!

Oh yes, I'd also like to see (Believe it or not) all three Addams Family games on the SNES. Especially Values, which is one of the best Zelda clones I've ever played.
