No excitement for N64 :(

Maybe because I've always been a 2D fan at heart I can't think of many games I'm gonna want to download for the N64. Of the ones out already the only one I'm after is Paper Mario as I'm such a huge fan of the sequel. I didn't own an N64 till 2002 and first played Mario 64 in 2003, since then I've restarted it a few times and have no interest in going back. I've done similar with Ocarina, Majora's Mask I never got into.

A lot earlier than that when my mate had the N64 I played Goldeneye a lot and some of the Pokemon games. I don't fancy these anymore either, for some reason the N64 games I've already played hold no nostalgia and I can't think of many that I haven't played that I want to.

n64 is my favourite console,but not because of the games you mentioned.
here are some of the best games:
conker's bad fur day
majora's mask
perfect dark
donkey kong 64
banjo kazzoie
banjo tooie
star fox 64
mario party 2
jet force gemini
diddy kong racing
rush
space station silicon valley
the last two games i mentioned are not so famous,so it'll be prety dificult to see them on VC.

That's because the Nintendo 64 isn't a classic console. It was more like a testing ground for the types of games we have today.

I was lucky to find Conker's boxed with instructions for £6 once, I liked it a lot at the time even though it was way frustrating at times. I wouldn't download it if it came to the VC though. Majora's Mask I can't get into. I played Donkey Kong 64 a couple years ago but it didn't do a lot for me. There's a lot of games as well where I'd rather play the SNES originals than the sequels that came on the N64.
