i really don't know what nintendo's up to,after all,the japanese list of releases hasn't got any n64 updates for months,and beetle adventure racing(wich is a great racing game) is stuck in the "coming soon" list for ages.

Hopefully soon, majoras mask is the best game ever (tied with ocarina of time of course). When i get my wii i will replay through the zelda games, love the zelda series, best games ever made.

Collector's Edition freezes less on the wii because it has better cooling. Also, just buy a 64 and the Cartridge, they're really not expensive at all.

You make good points but I don't find MM Challenging at all, I beat it 100% all masks and everything... when I was 9. o.O I might not get it on my VC, seeing how it still works on my N64 but as all Zelda its one of the best!

I have MM on N64 and on the GCN Collector's Edition disc.

There are a lot of games that I'd also like to get on VC for the sake of convenience, but MM isn't really one of them, just because it's not the kind of game you throw on for a few minutes here and there to pass the time.

what Jogurt said to you i agree with it heers an example of a game that everyone thought wouldn't be released Mario RPG that was the game people thought would never be released and it was so i think Majora's Mask will make it because it has a better chance making it because its not third party.

Nintendo knows that MM is the last Zelda game they can put up so they are obviously just saving it for later. Did I mention that MM is a Zelda game, of course it will be added.

I kinda doubt that, as the DS isn't home to traditional Zeldas, but then again, they may remake it ala Phantom Hourglass style (who wouldn't like that... oh yeah, people who wouldn't like the original game). But seriously, I don't think they are going to do it as Majora's Mask is one of Nintendo's least casual appeal games out there, so while they MAY remake a Zelda for the DS, I don't think it's going to be Majora's Mask.

P.S. Who here would love a remake of the first 2 Zelda games in a compilation for the DS? BTW, I want them Phantom Hourglass style (I've heard it plays great), and I want a TON of extras. But enough about me, what about you guys?

I wouldn't want a PH style remake of MM, MM is my 2nd fave Zelda by a landslide.

Well, when I say PH style, I'm NOT talking about the graphics OR controls. I just mean it would be cool if they remade the first 2 Zeldas in psuedo 3D, but I would want a more serious graphical approach. Eh, did anyone here actually like the first 2 Zeldas (serious question)?

Yes, they're two of my favourite NES games and I place them over the GameBoy Zeldas, TP, and MM. Personally I didn't enjoy Majora's Mask very much.

If Nintendo was saving the game for some special occasion I would have to say it would be Christmas or the tenth anniversiary of Ocarina of Time, which is only a few weeks away.

Am I alone in hoping it never comes? Its freely available to buy and play in disk format on Wii so I'd rather Beetle Adventure racing or another N64 game takes its place.

Probably, it also has emulation errors on the collection disc, as well as the collection disc being less accessable than digital distribution.
