China Warrior looks pretty good, it'd never beat my favourite VC game ever though, the legendery Soccer!

yes, it's enjoyable with a friend to compete.
because two players have horrible gameplay and need to cope with it. ^^
somehow it manages to be fun for some quick matches.
back in the day i bet this was top notch two player fun.

When Intelligent Systems (Fire Emblem, Paper Mario, Super Metroid) released
Soccer in 1985 for the NES, it was the best soccer game available at the time.

There were other Soccer games, but the NES one was outstanding.
Take a look at other soccer games from the era.

Soccer (Atari 800)

Soccer (Intellivision)

No doubt, Nintendo's sports series was much better. ^^

These games were great back in the day, but many of them have aged horribly. The only one I can think of that's OK is Ice Hockey.
