| We all personally want different games released on the VC. However a large majority want DK:64 released on VC (including me). Is their a facebook page that is set up currently to show the demand of this release and if not i will set one up. Their are many other titles i would like to see released from the 64 such as Banjo and Goldeneye etc but licensing with publishers is a big issue with these games and many others. I see DK:64 been a realistic goal to be released on VC as DK Country 1,2 & 3 have all been released so far which were made by rare but Nintendo characters so surely DK:64 can be released. The N64 is the last console to use cartridge and the wii cannot support that function. Having this title released to VC will be popular as it is a newer game than previous consoles and will appeal to a new generation who previously never owned a 64 with the strong graphics and stronger game play than the country series. Petition. The cadbury Wispa came back using facebook so their is no reason we cannot get DK:64 on the VC by the fall of 2010?? |

| Monty Mole | MOD - maybe move this to the N64 thread? I agree with you whole heartedly about DK 64. I want to see it very much on the VC. I do know about the Cadbury bar petition even though i live statestide. (Although I still prefer the Double Decker Bar myself) The only problem is that, unlike Cadbury, Nintendo doesn't seem to listen to what its fans want to see. But if you create such a petition via facebook I would willingly join and hope that it may have some effect. The Rare situation may cause problems thought. Just look and Banjo Kazooie...

| Moved to the N64 section. I'd love DK64 to be released on the VC. I still have the N64 cart somewhere, but I'd much rather play the VC version and rediscover its brilliance that way - I have such fond memories of it from my youth, in particular Lanky Kong and his animal transformation (was it a swordfish or something?). I never got to finish it though, and would love to on the VC. |

| this is not a page i set up but the page we should use as it has already been created. so spread this link and get as many to join the page as it currently only has 40 members. i am new to using nintendo forums so is this the most popular one to get the world spread to get people to join the group or are they more popular ones which would show this link to a wider variety of people? Donkey Kong Country 2 is the best out of DKC trilogy. On topic, I hope DK64 comes to VC. I may not download this, as I already own the original cart, but would be cool for those who never played this before. I am sure this will come soon, just a matter of when. Nintendo knows that this is a big game, and they know that we want it. In Nintendos mind, big games call for big events. This is one of the last big N64 games out there, and I doubt Nintendo wants to just shove it out the door. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if we didn't get this game until the next generation of Nintendo consoles.

| Nintendo will eventually release DK64 onto the VC but making Facebook groups and the like won't speed release at all. If petitions influenced the release schedule then Nintendo would have put out Earthbound by now. As for Donkey Kong games already on the VC, DKC is my favourite. |
