| What are the chances of this game coming to VC soon? This is the one Final Fantasy I am dying to play. FF2(4) is fine and all, but I'm really holding out for 3(6)

| Do you like my helmet? | Back when Square made their big "Final Fantasy to VC" announcement last year, they only mentioned FF1, 2, 3, and 4, with 1 and 4 coming to NA and of course all of them coming to Japan. 6 wasn't mentioned. Some people think they're holding back on that one until they can make a DS remake of it like they did for 4? I think it's only a matter of time, but unlike Capcom, Square's in no rush to dump everything they have on the VC. |

| I'm sure it's a matter of time. Square Enix have been kind to Wiiware over the years, so I'm sure we'll see the rest, provided the first four didnt sell horribly (Which I doubt). |

| Do you like my helmet? | Oh, it's only a matter of time, to be sure. What remains to be seen is whether they try to do anything more profitable with the games before the inevitable VC-dump. |

| It was released on the GBA a few years ago with a better translation. If you have a DS with a GBA slot you could always play it that way. |

| Do you like my helmet? | I was thinking of something along the lines of a 3D DS remake. |

| I don't think it's such a long shot as they have released 1 and 2. They seem to be going with how they were released here originally ( 2 was actually 4; 3 was 6) so I think the long shot is for North America to actually get the full series as it was originally released on the NES/SNES in Japan. |

| True, but improved presentation is not a bad thing. |

| Jumping Piranha Plant | In Regards to FFV: Kotaku, the Gamer?s Guide I'm not sure what to expect by this news story. Whether it will be similar to a PSOne Classic or a PSP Remake ala I, II, IV. I personally would have it be a PSP upgrade but I guess I will enjoy the same games either way, as long as it's playable on my PSP. Last edited by Bades; 5th April 2011 at 12:28 AM. |

| Do you like my helmet? | From recent news, it looks like it will be the PSOne Classic (not similar to one). |

| Jumping Piranha Plant | On first read I thought they had said it was going to be enhanced with CGI cutscenes, but now I see they are only stating that the PS1 version was updated from the original Super Famicom version. So instead of releasing Final Fantasy Anthology as a PS1 classic, they are simply taking the one game from that disc and releasing it? |

| Do you like my helmet? | I agree. The PS1 versions of 5-6 aren't as bad as 1-2-4 though. Still not fantastic, but yeah. |

Blog Entries: 14 | I managed to make it through the PSX FF4, but only because I am a loser fangirl. Actually, I made it through FF5, too, as it was the only (legal) version available for some time. I don't remember if I made it through FF6. I do recall that I really, really wanted to get through the Chrono Trigger port, but gave up very early in. It was...so slow... |
