I'm pretty sure the iQue player only plays games made specifically for it, meaning any regular N64 games won't work.

Well, the games are in Chinese, so it ll have OoT a whole lot harder. XD Interesting to note though, most of the iQue's games are on the VC. Just missing Dr Mario 64, Excitebike 64, Custom Robo and Animal Forest.

well, then there most be some software that make the pirated roms look like copy righted roms.like in wii, where we make the system believe that real game has been inserted, when actually we are putting cds with pirated roms via homebrew channel.

This forum has rules concerning piracy, the main one being that we don't condone or promote it and hence don't really like discussing it as it can encourage both. The best advice I could give you would be to try asking on a forum that does.

just take it easy on the talk of illegal things. you do know piracy is illegal, right? if you want to wait for a mod to step in, feel free. but im sure you wont like the outcome. just keep it legal. thats all you gotta do.

If you're talking about the last thread you made (Luigi's Mansion) then wrong again, I'm afraid. I simply made a comment about the game being underappreciated only for you to become angry because I didn't "answer the question" (mainly because someone else already had and I was moving the conversation forward and trying to start a discussion on a great game). Similarly by letting you know the rules/feelings on promoting piracy I was trying to save you the bother of asking any further questions about it and getting flagged for moderation. As I said, there are plenty of other forums where you can find out that information, this just isn't one of them. Hell, I even linked you to an article about the iQue to give you a head start. The bottom line is that that VC-forums is a community who's rules are stuck to by mutual consent of its regulars not just because of fear of being banned. The moderators are ordinary regulars, not omniscient beings that we try and outwit by asking and answering naughty things when they arn't looking. As others have said, keep the conversation legal and avoid generalising on what you imagine "we" are all inserting into our Wii's. I think both your last two topics have had the potential for interesting debate but in my view it's your lack of netiquette that has soured them, not my responses which were trying to point you in the right direction.

Betagam has some good points pterodactyl, I don't think he means you any harm. I just mean that it doesn't use the same cartridges we do. It can only play games made for the iQue device, it can't play cartridges made for the Nintendo 64 (even if they are the same games just in different languages)
