| Suppose. The US did get Yoshi's Story rather unexpectly, when they were expecting the lovely Sin and Punishment... |

| Banzai Bill | Y'think Ninty will start making sense and release SSB on VC to coincide with Brawl? I'll buy both! and as far a space issues go. I have both problems. At this rate I'll be able to fill up the channel spaces faster than the internal memory. A lot more of both would be appreciated. |

Anyway, since what SKTTR mentioned earlier is now dismissed (At least for PAL regions go), I am going with Beetle Adventure Racing for Feb.

| I can see Smash Bros, probably the most unluckiest N64 game to be released since no one is going to bother getting it with Brawl up in the horizon. If not, then we'll see...heck, it could be Custom Robo. (shrugs) |

| Virtual Console Fanatic!™ | That was a great game. Is it just me, or is the N64 controller unsuitable for 'traditional' 2D platformers?

| Definetly not Smash Bros. And I say that because I don't want to get my hopes up for next week. Besides, I'll be too busy with Brawl to care. |
| | |
| | #174 |
| Lemmy Koopa | so is nintendo ever gonna release smash bros? I mean relaseing it after is just plain stupid now that brawl is out. They should have relased it in June 07 or something.

| Do you like my helmet? | I agree that they should have released it before. People would get impatient waiting for Brawl and go back for some nostalgia. The rumours are still swirling that they're going to release it on Monday the 10th, which is pretty much launch day (Sunday doesn't count, really?). Still, I have my doubts. |

| Now that my preorder is shipping Brawl a WHOLE WEEK after Brawl's release, I'll have a week of sitting around on my computer watching people talk about how awesome Brawl is. Ya, I really hope they release Smash Bros. on Monday. |
| | |
| | #177 |
| Do you like my helmet? | Wow, it sounds like my reservation works way different than most people's preorders. They're just going to call me when the shipment comes in, and I can walk in and take one. I just have to make sure I get to the store before the waves of drooling gibberlings do. But if there are going to be supply issues and shipping delays, maybe Smash Bros. would be a smart Monday release. |

| I m not sure America would get a N64 next week, as it would be a bit too soon after Kirby. Maybe a week or 2 afterwards, but wouldnt say next week. And Japan's lack of an N64 game this month doesnt help things either. o.o |

| Lemmy Koopa | Maybe Nintendo is just not gonna release Smash bros. OR maybe they'll make Smash Bros DS!

| Do you like my helmet? | It wouldn't make much sense to release Smash Bros. now. The only way we'll see it is if it somehow gets released in conjunction with the EU release of Brawl, but I kind of doubt it. |

| Well, no Smash Bros. Anyone surprised? The next game will probably be Crusin' USA, but that's just my guess. |

| You know, its been awhile since anything Mario related on the 64 was released. So I m picking either Mario Party 1, Golf or Tennis. |

| It could be anything, but I'm a bit concerned about what you mentioned. Mario Party 8 is out on the Wii, and I guess Nintendo/Hudson wants to make money on that one. They'll get $50 for it, while they would only get $30 for Mario Party 1+2+3. Mario Tennis (N64) would be a great game, but wouldn't they first release a game like Super Tennis (SNES) before shredding out the best ones? Also, Mario Golf (N64) seems unlikely. Golf (NES) is still not available. There's HAL's Hole-In-One (SNES) and some others for the SNES. I guess they'll choose to put up the older ones first, before giving out the best ones. |

| I think maybe they'll release Mario Golf and Tennis around the end of the Wii's lifespan. Weren't those games originally released around the end of N64's? |

| Well, with MP, number 8 has already sold well, so maybe MP1 would sell just as well? Number 9 hasnt been annonced yet, and we ve had 8 for a decent amount of time me reckons. Tennis, good point. Combained with Sega Tennis which was recently released. Golf, another good point. I don't think they ll be left till the end of the Wii's lifespan though. I mean, Tennis was a fan favorite and, well those who enjoy Golf certainly enjoyed Mario Golf. Oh well, Mario is Missing anyone (Yeah, its a SNES title, but Mario none the less XD)? |

| Well, we are still left with Cruisn' USA and Beetle Adventure Racing; kind of doubt it'll be those two. I am going to go with Pilotwings 64. |

Right, after ages since first rated, Cruisn' USA is finally scrached off the list. Could Beetle Adventure Racing follow soon after?

| Quake II! Activision is finally supporting the Virtual Console so Quake II is an obvious choice for them. |
| | |
| | #194 |
| Banzai Bill | But will the control scheme suffer? I've forgotten how extensively Quake II uses the C-Buttons. I only bring it up because if Duke Nukem 64 ever hit the VC they'd absolutely have to change the control layout. |

| You know, its been about 4 months since we got DKC3, so maybe between now and the summer, we could get DK64? |
| | |
| | #196 |
| Banzai Bill | If Rare is okay with it. Or does it matter? I mean, since DK is a nintendo property outright and Rare just made the game. |

If DK64 is indeed being delayed, maybe this is the reason. Maybe Nintendo doesn't want to release a game that will be less profitable because of other business considerations.

| The rights belongs to Nintendo so they can do whatever they want with the Rareware DK games. Its taken so long to get here because they obviously wanted to release the DKC Trilogy first and for the same reason as every other N64 game that isnt on the VC yet... |
| | |
| | #199 |
| Do you like my helmet? | That doesn't mean Nintendo doesn't have to pay the people involved in developing the game. It just means they get to make the executive decision. |

| What about the inclusion of Jetpac in DK64? Isn't that IP owned by Rare? |
